At this stage in CC World University and School's development (which is like CC Wikipedia in 358 languages with CC MIT OCW in 7 languages and CC Yale OYC, and developing in CC Wikidata/Wikibase), there's an opportunity to plan in "teaching democracy" - coding-wise too - in all countries' main languages ... http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Nation_States (WUaS is moving soon to Wikidata from Wikia) ... as major universities (Harvards/Stanfords of each country) which will offer online free CC bachelor, Ph.D., law and M.D. degrees, as well as I.B. high school diplomas, and perhaps beyond specific courses. In what ways would you suggest adding approaches to "teaching and learning democracy" to either the degree processes, or on WUaS wiki side for open teaching and learning -http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Subjects - to actually grow democracy, especially in countries that have room to grow?

Larry, as I mentioned in my question after your Stanford talk on Monday, WUaS is also planning to help develop Bitcoin and Blockchain in all countries' main languages, and re our planned law schools (eventually hiring "nationals" from all countries to be faculty, after hiring matriculated graduate students).

We could build on two MOOCs for the curriculum. One has been offered by SDG on the NovoEd platform (Introduction to Decision Quality) one has been offered by the non-profit DEF (decision Education Foundation) that focuses the framework on personal and life decisions.
