California Wilderness: In response to California Governor Elect Jerry Brown, Create an online, free, open world univ & sch, TO CREATE JOBS

In response to California Governor Elect Jerry Browns' post in FB (see below) to get California working again, I wrote :

"Create an online, free, open world university & school in all 3000-8000 languages - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/ - like Wikipedia with MIT Open Course Ware - incorporated in California - and negotiating financially with governments around the world (like OLPC) - TO CREATE JOBS, and improve on the exisiting, free k-12 U.S. school system, and build on the countries' University educational system. http://scottmacleod.com/"

[Jerry Brown wrote: To turn this breakdown into a breakthrough we all need to come together as Californians first. Please submit your ideas for how we can get California working again, then invite your friends and family -- whether Republican or Democrat, Whitman or Brown supporter -- to do the same. Jerry Brown's 1980 gubernatorial "platform, which he declared to be the natural result of combining Buckminster Fuller's
visions of the future and E.F. Schumacher's theory of "Buddhist economics", was much expanded from 1976. Gone was his "era
of limits" slogan, replaced by a promise to, in his words, "Protect the Earth, serve the people, and explore the universe" "(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Brown)

... to be sworn into office for his third, nonconsequitive term as California governor on January 3, 2011.
