I'm curious how to bring eliciting the {most enjoyable} relaxation response -
together with practicing / playing a musical instrument -
with the bagpipe,
with intention / consciousness for regular, enjoyable practicing of a musical instrument,
and to explore even eliciting loving bliss neurophysiology (e.g. Jerry Garcia, Ravi Shankar?), -
via series of tones (making music).
