In terms of MIT-centric WUaS in Spain, and Spanish-speaking lands, for example, there are a few focuses that could be helpful to think through together... 

Letting people know about Free and MIT OCW-centric WUaS in Spanish, 

1. Facilitating translation of Creative Commons licensed MIT-centric WUaS into Spanish, with something like Amara Subtitles +,

World University and School, like Wikipedia with MIT OpenCourseWare, plans to be in all 7,413 + languages - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Languages - and 205 + countries - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Nation_States - as open wiki schools, and also plans to offer free, online, MIT-centric bachelor, Ph.D., I.B., law and M.D. degrees, in many languages and countries.
