Since Coursera is a for-profit organization I recently heard, I want to learn more about edX's mission and licensing (https://www.edx.org/about-us):  

Since the following goals and principles are from edX:

Collaborative

.. and since edX principles include being a "Nonprofit," an "Open source platform," and "Collaborative" I would think WUaS might be able to post free edX courses to our developing WUaS website/database for credit for matriculated students. Further research needed.

Thanks - Good to see the 3 new majors at WUaS - "History," "English" and "Business" - and at the undergraduate level in the spreadsheet you just shared - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VRHhXYsk-V9lvSh5onaU2hnEhwoapSN7HyBK1P09LIk/edit?usp=sharing - and which I added to WUaS's GDrive folder so this spreadsheet / table will be part of the WUaS database construction soonish, I think. 

I see here - https://www.edx.org/course - that edX lists both 456 courses currently and that many state - "Starts: Anytime, Self-paced." Since edX goals are in synch with WUaS's (see: http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2015/03/trillium-grandiflorum-yale-oyc-edx-and.html) let's add these edX courses to this WUaS Courses' spreadsheet. What do you think? Would you be up for looking through the self-paced courses, and seeing what makes sense to add, and for how many credits?  

I'm wondering what to call/how to organize the initial matriculating classes semester by semester, who will take the required Hum 101 and Biology courses with a programming aspect in Google + group video Hangouts. Harvard's "houses" is one example/name (and they're now open over their breaks to students, with 2 dining halls open too). But "Pods" come to mind too - vis-a-vis dolphins and porpoises - and for our student swimmers around the world. What do you think?
