More Yoga here ... curious whether the opportunity for me to travel to Boston for an AAMC medical conference on the first weekend in November might somehow emerge. (Am fairly busy myself with WUaS and this conference would be a great networking opportunity
for WUaS online Medicine). I hope Stanford Medicine and Surgery might be developing "simulations in process" ... And will online surgery in the WUaS's online teaching hospitals in all ~200 countries' official languages emerge somehow in collaboration with this? Would be great.

Re Yoga: while I sit and bend forward from half lotus yoga pose every day - beneficially and in a welcome way - I've sought for years to do standing poses on M and TH, sitting poses on Tu and F, and Twists on W and Sa in the morning, exploring even enjoyable-ness in this process in innovative ways (and re "flow" too) ... as well as variations on headstand followed by shoulder stand around 5 in the afternoon ... on and off ... and am seeking to add a few Sun Salutations on and off now on Sundays ... as well as fun subtle breathing explorations a la Angela & Victor while sitting first thing in the morning ...
