WUaS successfully filed both Statements of Information, for 

A) SI-100 for non-profit 501 c 3 World University and School, and for the newly forked 

B) SI-550 for the for profit general-stock WUaS Corporation, 

both of which are planned in all ~200 countries and their official/official languages, the first 

A) as major online CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare-centric universities/high schools, and the second 

B) as educational services companies, - and indeed in all 7097 living languages. as both 

A) wiki schools for open teaching and learning, and 

B) academic markets. 

WUaS received the PDF "receipts" for this these filings on Monday, April 30, 2018.
