"Scott MacLeod Honey in the Bag Scottish Small Pipes Bagpiping" Bandcamp site
for upcoming "Honey in the Bag" Scottish Small Pipes' album experimentally
Ma,
Appreciating Lauren MacColl's Bandcamp Scottish fiddling site:
Here's my new one -
"Scott MacLeod Honey in the Bag Scottish Small Pipes Bagpiping" Bandcamp site :
https:// scottmacleodhoneyinthebagscott ishsmallpipesbagpiping. bandcamp.com/ - in a beginning stage.
And here's my new bio there (developing) -
"ScottMacLeod.com/piping.htm ~ Scott MacLeod is considered one of Scottish Small Piping's most innovative teachers. His upcoming 'Honey in the Bag' album seeks to expressively evoke this harmonious instrument's sweetness. His performances are emotive, engaging & informed by an equal helping of tradition & technique. He started piping at the age of 12 having played piano for 6 years before this."
The Bandcamp platform is good for merchandising for example my upcoming "Honey in the Bag" compact disc (CD), per a number of articles (compared with Reverbnation and SoundCloud) - and for reaching out to audiences.
At a Koh and Ants' Burns' Night Supper, I met Peter Schmitz (peterwabbit ... whom I liked), who had just created an album himself, and he recommended a recording studio in close by Montclair for $40 / hour, with a very nice producer, Peter Tumulo or sim., which sounds good as a starting point for professional recording.
Just found the picture I'll probably use on the front toward the bottom here -
http://scott-macleod. blogspot.com/2020/02/western- honey-bee-re-my-upcoming- honey.html - and I might use this "Piping at a Birthday Party in the S.F. Bay Area" photo pat way down - http://www.scottmacleod.com/ piping.htm (this web site needs an update!) - on the back and although it's not Scottish small pipes, I like the yellow.
Now to get the 'honey' into each of the piping tracks and recordings :)
I think I'd like to combine a release of a 1) Digital Album, 2) Compact Disk Album, with 3) Youtube recordings ... for the fun of it. :) I think that covers the waterfront for next steps ahead toward album creation, beyond daily piping; except I would probably benefit further from developing an audience (and maybe first in Zoom!) :)
How's your music-making going? And how's your weekend going? Will probably start piping momentarily - and early - and I played the piano first thing this morning newly - lovely Scottish Country Dancing tunes:)
Love, Scott

Hi David, (T., - old friend from Cuttyhunk)
Here's a new video I found of George Church from 2016 where at about 4:40 he talks of species living 2-10 times their normal lifespans, but is interested in AGING REVERSAL, and shows photos of people older than 110 ... he's been thinking about aging reversal for awhile!
George M. Church - Age Reversal
Cheers, Scott
