Greetings and I hope this email finds you well. (Am glad WUaS just today completed filling out the 2020 tax form for the WUaS Corp in CA with regard to the following, and thanks to Larry Viehland for this).
With this as a main goal in edX-WUaS partnering -

I'm glad WUaS's edX representative Matthew wrote on Tu 4/6/21 -
"Hello Scott,
Thank you for your note. To be more clear, I was referring to our earlier conversations in September 2020 and the changes to our payment structures since that time. We are standing by to support WUaS, however, we are not able to move forward with any academic partnerships and legal agreements without funding to support WUaS students.
Best regards,
Matthew "
However, in our emailing recently, the communications from edX regarding the edX-WUaS partnering seem to be changing and contradictory with each email. WUaS continues to miss opportunities (and over months too) for launching and letting our prospective students plan to matriculate (now on 9/1/21, having missed our May 1, 2021 goal for offering preliminary courses via edX to our matriculating PhD and Bachelor degrees students). So I'm reaching out to you as edX CEO to seek to prepay for our WUaS students and thus our edX-WUaS legal partnering documents please too.
If WUaS were to prepay edX for our prospective ~5 WUaS students (for both PhD and Bachelor degree programs, taking a first WUaS year of edX courses, toward WUaS degrees) with our edX-WUaS agreed-upon $349 per student per year for unlimited edX courses, could we please receive these documents soon (and since WUaS doesn't have $50,000 to pay for an edX dashboard integration into WUaS G-Suite for Education)? As you may know CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch is planning online major universities, offering Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD and IB high school degrees, in each of all ~200 countries in their official and main languages, and also wiki schools for open teaching and learning for speakers of all 7,139 known living languages, - and, brainstorming-wise, to code for all 7.8 Billion people on the planet as wiki teachers and learners (and for a number of other reasons too) - so the growth potential for edX is enormous.
Reimbursement to WUaS in WUaS G-Suite for Education, from ~200 countries' COUNTIES (with parallels to the Olympics) for Creative Commons-4 MIT OCW-centric WUaS degrees is the business plan, - for students initially taking edX courses toward WUaS degrees, from which WUaS would subsequently pay edX $349 per student per year for unlimited edX courses for WUaS PhD degrees and 4-year Bachelor degrees. This is the understanding edX's Matthew and I have been operating with for many months, and which WUaS is inquiring about in this email. Could we please write these understandings into our WUaS-edX legal partnering documents regarding these - "three main categories: 1. Billing information, 2. Integration and Access Configuration 3. Learner data privacy" - this week?
Since WUaS may only have at this point about 5-10 prospective PhD and Bachelor degree students, from the USA, India, Morocco and Indonesia, for these WUaS programs, - but which number WUaS thinks will grow dramatically, when WUaS can receive an edX registration URL (something like: https://authn.edx.org/register with Legal disclaimers on our WUaS edX registration page, and further develop a professional WUaS website in Google Sites anticipating many languages) - in signing these legal documents, how might WUaS best get these edX-WUaS partnering documents in the next few business days?
Thank you for your timely action in this situation, Anant, and regarding further edX-WUaS partnering developments and legal documents. WUaS is seeking to let our prospective WUaS PhD and Bachelor students know soon with a link (like - https://authn.edx.org/register in WUaS G-Suite for Education) that they can apply to register to matriculate September 1, 2021 for free-to-students' CC-4 OCW-centric degrees taking edX courses. Thank you.
Sincerely, Scott

to Sanjay, John, reif, Anant, Larry
Dear Anant, Sanjay, President Reif (Chairmen John Hennessey and Larry Viehland),
How are you? I hope this email finds you all well. I'm reaching out to you, Anant, as edX CEO and MIT Professor of EECS, and you Sanjay, as VP of MIT Open Learning (with whom I've met videoconferencing for ~30 minutes), and you President Reif, as president of MIT, and you Chairman Hennessey as Anant's Stanford PhD professor, and President of Stanford for 16 years, and Chairman of Alphabet, and you, Larry, as Chairman of the Board of CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School (& WUaS), and CFO and acting CFO of both wings, and as 3 legal entities, of WUaS.
Anant, I emailed you on Thursday, April 8th, with some questions about an 'edX-WUaS impasse?' - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/04/edxwuas-impasse.html - and regarding reaching out to our WUaS prospective PhD and Bachelor degree program students, taking edX courses for these degrees beginning 9/1/21.
Here's the 4/8/21 'edX-WUaS impasse?' partnering letter again:

Stanford Virtual EPIC Symposium: Integrating Global Topics into Community College Curricula 2021

Here's what we got from you:Virtual EPIC Symposium: Integrating Global Topics into Community College Curricula 2021

Dear Larry, Ed, Janie,
As a follow up on this matter, I just got an invitation, and signed up for this Stanford EPIC 2021 Symposium: Integrating Global Topics into Community College Curricula 2021 - and regarding WUaS (see below). I'm wondering if WUaS could network for a great number of initial courses to offer for credit here, and to build upon the edX-WUaS partnering, as well as regarding WUaS's CC-4 MIT OCW-centricity:
Please describe the reason(s) for which you are attending this symposium: *
In CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School (WUaS) partnering with edX (founded by MIT and Harvard), and seeking to matriculate both 4-year online Bachelor degree students, and 5-7 year online PhD degree students (both of which would be free-to-students due to CC-4 licensing of MIT OCW), first in English then in all ~200 countries and in their official and main languages, WUaS is seeking to network further with community colleges potentially for online courses, (and IT infrastructure too) that WUaS could even offer for credit toward free-to-students' 4-year MIT OCW-centric Bachelor degrees beginning 9/1/21. In addition, WUaS's 2 legal entities in California (1- http://worlduniversityandschool.org/, and 2- http://worlduniversityandschool.org/AcademicPress.html) could eventually seek to build out further by hiring California community college graduates for example. WUaS is also seeking to explore collaboration potentials in building out a single realistic virtual earth for everything, including, for example, for tele-robotic surgery and Actual-Virtual Lego robotics - https://twitter.com/sgkmacleod/status/1365419095982702595?s=20 - https://twitter.com/hashtag/RealisticVirtualEarthForRobotics?src=hashtag_click - (think Google Street View with TIME SLIDER, Maps, Earth, TensorFlow AI, Translate, - and with realistic avatar bots, think Samsung Neons aka artificial humans, and for Avatar Bot Electronic Medical Records for all 7.8 billion people (while planning for coding for 7.8 billion people for other reasons too) on the planet - https://twitter.com/hashtag/AvatarBotElectronicMedicalRecords?src=hashtag_click).
Sincerely, Scott
