With a vandalized window this morning Friday 10/30/26, and in the same area that the gunshot hit my vehicle on M May 18, 2026 on Skyline Drive, I just texted Mr Tran about this, and am wondering if I could bring my leased 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland in to you Robert Ramirez at Car West Collision nearby this morning ... and even get the ball rolling on all the repairs needed, including getting the rental Toyota Sienna (to be covered by AAA insurance) ... and leave my Sienna Woodland minivan with you Robert Ramirez for the next 5 days or so:

Just came in to see you this morning at Toyota Palo Alto after the gunshot to my Sienna on May 18 2026, and a vandalized broken back right window this morning both in the same area of Skyline Drive in Oakland. The receptionist said you were closing today and might be in after 2p. Keeping you in the information loop (re possible US federal government involvement into both the gunshot, as well as into my moving into 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon, 94516) having not yet received the Geico insurance payment for the gunshot (& re the law - https://scott-macleod.

- speaking with Marisa in the morning, and with Fernando this afternoon, both at Geico - about the broken window in my 2025 Toyota Sienna, then scheduling an appointment with SafeLite Glass in Oakland for tomorrow Sat 10/1/26, and then, at Marisa's suggestion, going in to SafeLite glass on Oakland on Broadway this afternoon F 10/30/26 to see if they could fix it today. SafeLite Glass couldn't fix it today, not having the glass on hand, but they were able to cover the window with plastic where the glass was broken, thanks to Juan.
And I'm writing newly about the theft of my blue suitcase while in SafeLite Glass in Oakland ... potentially around the time when Juan was putting the plastic over the open window space, and possibly by people even at SafeLite Glass in Oakland. I departed SafeLite Glass, and when I looked for the blue suitcase an hour or two after I had brought the car into SafeLite Glass in Oakland, it was gone.
I went back into SafeLite Glass a second time around 4:10 pm PT this afternoon and asked about the suitcase, and the SafeLite Glass receptionist asked whether the blue suitcase, (which I had actually gotten from AAA while in asylum sadly in Pittsburgh from August 2022 - December 2024) could have been taken from the vehicle in the

But there was still much broken glass in the window at the time, and the suitcase couldn't have been removed through this broken window space, and I think I locked the vehicle too. (Could East Bay Regional Parks have video of the breakage of the window even in this parking lot even)?
I wrote to my mother Jane MacLeod on the eastern seaboard and to my friend Sid Mazumdar in HHS wondering if World University and School's growing of a worldwide abolition movement to protect people was getting through somehow to international organized crime even, and the perpetrator of the broken glass, adn regarding the 5 tesla/twitterX/spacex?-related death threats earlier this year, I posit, and with the gunshot to the car on May 18, 2026 ... and as they may have been seeking to institutional international organized crime - to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs, violence, car theft, military targeting industries and their latent networks of violence (even a foreign military's soldiers, warriors or gorillas ... with my friend from Reed College, Byron Hann MD PhD mentioning the name of very creepy head of a very very very small country in the middle east in some of these regards, the lat time we talked in Moraga, near to Canyon 94516 ... and see email below ) in the sf east bay ... and as the US federal government with the state of CA and Contra Costa county law begins to work effectively in new ways.
And when I asked Juan around 4:15 pm about the suitcase in the shop area, he said a number of times that he didn't take anything from my car.
So what to do ? Could I add to this broken glass claim # 018 724 904 0101 034 the theft of a suitcase, or ... ?
So I'm reporting this further, and am planning to bring in my vehicle tomorrow to SafeLite Glass in Oakland at 1pm to get the new window glass installed (paying a $50 deductible ... ), and am hoping I can make a claim also for my suitcase, which is gone.

1) Juan asked if I could move everything in the back out for Saturday 10/31/26 before I came, and I said I'm van-camping, and can I move everything out next to where I park at safelite glass, if it's not raining (rain is predicted), and he said yes on some cardboard ... now leading me to wonder whether the thieves of the suitcase could have then put it back on this pile possibly
2) a couple came in about 1:20 and the receptionist spoke quite sharply to her after awhile, saying you're late ... and then the woman proceeded to talk at length to her smartphone in a strange language which wasn't for ex Haitian Creole (both were quite dark) ... and while the man went out ... could he have taken the suitcase .. AND could she even be a soldier in a foreign army eg in the middle east ... and could the taking of my suitcase even have been a low-level military operation??? ... and could there be a video record of this ... and could the US federal government get access to this: also could she be the daughter of the owner ???
3) So perhaps I'll make two Oakland police reports tomorrow with -https://www.oaklandca.gov/Public-Safety-Streets/Report-a-Crime - instead of one, per what the police officer S 1 suggested on the second call to the OPD near my vandalized car ; and was it a gun like tool that was used to break the window?

Can WUaS knock back international organized crime further in the east bay ... by making these police reports, raising the questions of foreign soldiers; involvement, since some countries require everyone to be a soldier when around 20, even adding them further with information technology to criminal & foreign military databases etc of the US federal government and state of CA?
