Federalism, like in the USA, but regarding all 200 countries, and in a realistic virtual earth for nation states and people, all 7.8 billion
Dear Dick, Lucy, Ma, Alden, Ann, All,
I hope this finds you well. How are you?
A bit divisive, would you say? But was new federal law written in the process - and regarding 'incitement to insurrection' - and which might have applications to US states, and for 'off-radar' heinous or atrocious events of the last 4 years too? (Speculatively).
What news on the aging reversal via genetic engineering front? :)
Warm regards,
Scott

Hi Ma,
Gave a pretty good piping lesson ... and good to talk to you beforehand ... Am finding my way with Piobaireachd and new repertoire with Taylor ... Would like to be more 'masterful' ... but good to explore
too ... We'll have a lesson next week, he's moving to Georgia the following week so no lesson, then we'll start in again at 6pm PT the week after ... Good to keep the lessons going ...
The US Capitol Siege on January 6, 2021
All staged huh? That's dramatic ... I had wondered whether someone or parties were getting good film footage, (to pay the legal bills) ... but if it had spun out of control ... I guess if it was ALL staged there were contingency plans ... so law enforcement was 'in on it'? ... Partly in the name of defense planning too re federal governance questions? Could be ... New law generator too ??? The ' Incitement to insurrection' charge could generate new law applicable to US states too! ...
Could this even affect a new kind of Federalism (US inspired?) for all ~200 countries that might emerge further with internet developments? What do you think? What roles could law and psychiatry come to play? What would a world constitution look like in these regards? Would it emerge our of the UN 's history, with lots to learn from? What role could the Web play?
Time for a salad. Good to learn too from Angela
️ in her Yoga course I downloaded. She didn't teach with Victor this first Sunday. And it's a good first class - a little like being in a class with her and different from their other publications. She couldn't see, however, the people in the class who were live last week - which is good too to learn, but less interactive and fun than going to a course of theirs in Greece or Oregon, for ex. Still seeking a vision of ethics coming from Victor (which could be problematic with potential history) ... And am concerned what roles law and psychiatry (pyschotherapy too) could play on the island of Lesvos, Greece and with him and issues there ... In a new federalist system even ... To be seen ... Glad to be viewing Angela's video from Sunday ... 10 minutes yesterday, 15 minutes today ... In the middle of this covid-19 pandemic (staged too?)
With all those islands and it's history of democracy, Greece is a fascinating precedent for a kind of Federalism today ...

Thoughts?

"Federalism is a system of government in which the same territory is controlled by two levels of government. ... Both the national government and the smaller political subdivisions have the power to make laws and both have a certain level of autonomy from each other."

Hello my wonderful Mother
Where I wonder is my wonderful wife, a MD, FUN, someone I can trust (due to ethics esp., and past ethics too?), attractive (a George A word re Evolutionary Biology perhaps, and not necessarily
️ beautiful - culturally, since this can be a limitation in seeking friend, so yielding no fruit, ... Yet Possibly blond? like A & S, past mutual loves), Possibly a Scot or of Scottish heritage, and re Wilson McLeod, Univ of Edinburgh professor of Scottish Gaelic, American, Haverford (so presumably with some Quaker background) and Harvard Law graduate ...
https://twitter.com/WilsonMcLeod/status/1359571811256655879?s=19 ... Who married a German woman, and they have a child in Edinburgh ... And who's Twitter profile - read it - reads 'hard-bitten, recalcitrant, saturnine' in Scottish Gaelic esp. ... Interesting personality traits ... read it ... but this photo shows Wilson less so ...
https://twitter.com/LLCatEdinburgh/status/1356961755809927168?s=19 (BEYOND THE BOOKS the pic says) ... so a realistic virtual earth for everything including languages ...??? Too?
Am a wee bit unclear about what's next re Navin's 2 months' notice for living here ... Could he be talking with MM even these days? ... Might things be on schedule for me to move back into Canyon 94516, into a house there (relating to HHS re Pin, and the State Dept. re Pat & Tim, even) re a federal authorities intervention re criminality in Canyon? I wonder if I'll know more by the end of this month
...
Appreciating Taylor's calmness, and that things are coming together for him with big move, house, baby on the way ... Piping lessons, his focus on learning music ...

Some further ideas about Federalism.
Examples of Federalism in Different
Countries
Federalism is a system of government with one, strong, central governing authority as well as smaller units, such as states. If the central government grows too strong, then federalism comes closer to a unitary state, where the governing body has supreme authority and dictates how much power the units are allowed to have.

Federalism Throughout the World
- Argentina - It has 23 provinces and Buenos Aires is an autonomous city.
- Australia - In 1901, Australia became the Federation of Australia which established the Commonwealth of Australia. The seven individual states were still colonies of the UK until 1986 when Australia and the UK passed the Australia Acts.
- Austria - It has nine states and is a semi-presidential, parliamentary representative democracy.
- Brazil - There are 26 states in Brazil with one federal district. The monarchy fell in 1889 and Federalism was established in 1891.
- Canada - Established in 1867, its government is considered Federalism because of the division of powers between the federal parliament and the provinces.
- Ethiopia - There are nine regions and two cities that are chartered. It became the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in 1994.
- Germany - There are 16 states in Germany. In 1949 the Federal Republic of Germany was formed and Germany was reunified in 1990.
- India - There are 28 states and seven union territories in India. The Constitution of India established the Republic of India as a federal union in 1950.
- Mexico - It has 31 states and one federal district.
- Nepal - There are 13 zones in Nepal. In 2008, it became a federal multiparty representative democratic republic.
- Nigeria - It declared itself a federal republic in 1963 and has 36 states and one federal territory.

Hi Janie and David,
Methinks we couldn't prove this - with a #
RealisticVirtualEarthForJourna
lism bringing together all the active web cameras installed and working since the 1990s, for realism, and into something like Google Street View with time slider, for reference - but there's a NBC article suggesting that the biathlon world cup - cross-country skiing and rifle shooting - was held last year and Stina Nilsson won it -
https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2021/02/sarek-national-park-sweden.html. This article has interesting language about Swedes being a cross-country ski and 'strong' country. Is this biathlon a Swedish identity issue / event and re preparation for defense as a nation state too ?
I put in the label both Unitarian Universalist and Nontheist Quakers re Identity questions, and also the 'identity' label. I also blogged here about a single realistic virtual earth re US federalism extended to all 200 countries and in their languages - idea. Hmmm ... On Google Smart TV a picture of the pyramids in Egypt shows up regularly in the stream of AI generated images (which Google Smart TV has chosen) ... and how to build or engineer something vis-a-vis the Web that last 5700 years or longer is a question that comes to mind with these amazing solid and long-lasting buildings, and re WUaS.
Fondly,
Scott

Dear Larry, and Ed,
The SI 100 and the SI 550 cards seem to be filed successfully.
And regarding the tax returns for 2020, and the WUaS Corp filing the 2017, 2018 and 2019 tax returns recently, I found the following, which looks to be April 15, 2021. ...
