Inspired a bit by tipping over with your foot (by accident?) the tiny table with the pretty porcelain plate with fruit and a cup of tea on it at my place on Labor Day, Ma, - and the Yogi green tea spilling onto the pretty Oriental carpet I sit on for Yoga daily first thing upon rising, I decided (a Friendly Quaker Yogic leading even?) to make a Yoga teaching & learning video (first ever, possibly) - 'Can we bring some consciousness to doing Yoga meditation? - YogaMacFlower@gmail.com @Q_YogaMacFlower' ~ https://youtu.be/Qrg1_YWhxxE - Was too long with too slow a wifi connection too to upload to a new Yoga Mac Flower Youtube video channel, so I uploaded it to World Univ & Sch's video channel. ... Am out here near Shady Side Academy at the Fox Chapel public library, and was able to not only create this Yoga video quickly, BUT ALSO apply for a new Chase Freedom Flex credit card ... from within the Chase website ... and may even receive it in 5-7 business days. (Received another Shred-It email spam this morning ... and could it be what the craven, psychopath??? Swiss or Lebanese soldier(s), receiving eventually Social Security administration checks??? cmu student at the time, murderer?? frederic khayat said about the "Evict and Extradite him as a war criminal   ... " paper notices I posted a number of times to the front door of my first asylum house at 210 East End avenue 15221 in Pgh since August 2022? ... How best for WUaS to proceed with  Middle States' Commission on Higher Education accreditation in conjunction with state of PA licensure, both of which WUaS has received the green light for, but has not yet begun too much the paperwork, or paid the fees (and where I learned from a MSCHE panel presentation that I would not be the person to write these applications for WUaS Accreditation for example) - and potentially possibly with the help of Shady Side Academy's Bart Griffith, Trixie Sabundayo and you, Shawn, and others, I wonder (and as WUaS has emailed about inquiring a number or times)? Am in the Pittsburgh area since August 2022 (in asylum from the SF Bay Area, as a whistle blower  in calling the police there and here ... Seeking for US federal and states' laws to work effectively in new ways ... and as MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch grows an abolition movement world wide to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex drugs violence etc industries internationally and in their latent networks of violence  ) ...

 And have been Gradually connecting with old SSA friends, most recently in this email thread!

I was looking at some of my old slides, I didn't see you (Scott).  Here's the trips I have, I can identify:

Buckeye Trail, Ohio, C&O Canal, Maryland (2 trips), Smoke Hole Cavern/North Fork Mtn, West Virginia/Virginia, Tucsarora Trail, Pennsylvania (2 trips)

The folk I could identify between the various trips:  Becky Bennet, Henry Cutter, Nancy Gormley, Greg Highlands, John Hill, Scott Klages, Larry Lawhead, Phil Pavlovich, Rob Posner, Carol Richardson, Karen Stahfield (sp?), Gary Walkowski,  Mile Wiley.  There were a few others I don't remember

My wife Brenda and I live a short stroll from the original William Sonoma store in the little wine country town of Sonoma. Will be heading over that way soon as part of a nice Sunday walk.

(it only takes a single neuron to fire to stimulate a memory, I learned from a Yale-trained family MD friend, who may have studies this experimentally in a biology of memory course at Yale potentially  ... and interesting to explore in this conversation REMEMBERING our Shady Side Academy friendships in the 2nd half of the 1970s ... and how conversation helps ...
