World Univ & Sch isn't yet seeking applications, and also has no money to hire with; if WUaS could collaborate with the 10 University of California's and with funding streams, and especially for China World Univ & Sch, perhaps WUaS will be able to begin to hire in 2 or 3 years for China World Univ & Sch in Mandarin and on a new WUaS  China World Univ & Sch with artificial intelligence and machine learning and large language models.
