Dear Professors David (Sun Kong), George (Church), Chris (Mason) of HTGAA 2026, Peter (Norvig), and All,
I'm continuing to try to gain access to today's HTGAA 2026 presentations and talks from the Berkeley Claremont public library, but not yet successfully.
In reading through the Bio-bootcamp slides, I am inquiring how best to add these biological processes to a Realistic Virtual Earth, and please see the PS.

In Google Street View with time slider right now, and here at the Harbin Hot Springs' gate house - ~ https://goo.gl/maps/7gSsSTweRCBo9gf87 ~ for example, or in Pegman becoming our avatar agent electronic health records at the bottom left, how best to add the processes depicted in these MIT Harvard Wellesley How to grow (almost) Anything synthetic biology course slides -https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1utVFn2i0tBfRth_B5U9shNvpYvNf1FZh- to an iterating #RealisticVirtualEarth & with a #Realistic Virtual Earth For Synthetic Biology ... and in Google Street View with Times Slider GCell View GMolecule View with TensorFlow AI and animate them interactively to allow for subsequent scientific experiments and research?
To develop an iterating#RealisticVirtualEarththat integrates synthetic biology processes—specifically those from the MIT/Harvard/Wellesley "How to Grow (Almost) Anything" course—into an interactive, scientific environment like Google Street View, you can leverage several advanced computational and biological modeling strategies:
1. Integration of Molecular and Cellular Modeling
To move from a macro view (Street View) to the microscopic (GCellandGMoleculeviews), you can integrate high-fidelity biological models into the virtual environment:
Input-Output Functions (IOFs):Utilize IOFs to characterize all causal interactions between neurons or biological components, which is essential for predicting physiology from molecularly annotated connectomes.
Animate Interactively:Use TensorFlow AI to model population dynamics and the interactions of countless molecules that shape these functions. This allows for the integration of sensors to effectors, effectively describing behavior within the simulation.
Multi-layer Neural Networks:Fit IOFs using multi-layer artificial neural networks constrained by physiological knowledge, which can make the simulations more meaningful for scientific research.
2. Utilizing Virtual World Platforms for Research
The conceptual framework of "Real Virtuality" allows for the combining of artistic forms and technology into hybrid expressions.
Avatar-Agent Integration:Pegman can evolve into an avatar agent that integrates electronic health records using theblockchain ledgerfor health data, facilitating an "Anonymized Health Token" system.
Platform Synergy:Use platforms like Second Life or OpenSimulator, which are designed for integrating new media elements. For example, scripts can be written to bring together theScratchprogramming language (from MIT Media Lab) with virtual world environments to create interactive scientific field sites and classrooms.
3. Application of Synthetic Biology Processes
Specific processes from the "How to Grow (Almost) Anything" course, such as CRISPR gene editing, can be modeled for experimental purposes:
CRISPR Modeling:Simulate the use of CRISPR to edit specific loci on genes, such as creating high-yield algae for biofuels.
Robotic and Automation Simulation:Incorporate "robots hiding in plain sight" by using avatar bots to inhabit and control virtual environments, which could redefine virtual structures as active "computers".
4. Supporting Subsequent Scientific Experiments
To ensure the #RealisticVirtualEarth serves as a robust research tool:
Open Science Commitment:Ensure all data and code are shared openly to encourage community collaboration in experimental design and theoretical analysis.
High-Throughput Handling:Use simulated microfluidics and modern microscopy hardware to allow for high-throughput handling and imaging of biological models (likeC. elegans) within the virtual earth.
Educational Foundation:Leverage resources from theWorld University and School (WUaS), which plans for subjects like Genetics, Bioengineering, and Artificial Intelligence, to provide a structured academic context for these simulations
Integrating the biological processes from the "How to grow (almost) Anything" course into a realistic, interactive virtual environment involves a multi-layered approach that bridges molecular biology with spatial intelligence and AI.
Based on the course materials, you can structure your #RealisticVirtualEarthfor Synthetic Biology by following these steps:
1. Model the Biological "Ground Truth"
The core of your virtual earth must be built on the fundamental processes identified in the course:
The Central Dogma: Animate the flow of information from DNA to mRNA to protein. Use the course's detail on transcription (DNA to mRNA) and translation (mRNA to protein) as the logic for your "GMolecule View".
Genetic Circuits: Implement functional components like Input Modules (sensors/receptors) and Logic Modules (transcriptional regulators like the lac operon). These can be animated to show how cells "compute" environmental signals into outputs like green fluorescent protein (GFP).
Physical Scale: Use the course's scale data for accuracy. For example, a base pair is approximately 2 nm in length, and an animal cell is between 10 μm and 100 μm.
2. Implementation in Google Street View with GCell & GMolecule Views
To transition from a macroscopic "Street View" to a microscopic "GCell/GMolecule View," you can utilize several frameworks:
Temporal Scaling (Times Slider): Use the concept of the synthetic biology design cycle (Design → Build → Test → Learn) to show how a modified organism evolves over time within a specific geographic location.
Interactive Animation: Animate molecular tools like CRISPR-Cas9, ZFNs, and TALENs. Your virtual environment can allow users to "drop in" these tools to see them create double-stranded breaks and trigger cellular repair mechanisms like NHEJ or HDR in real-time.
Phage Therapy Simulations: Model the "arms race" between bacteriophages and bacteria. You can simulate how a point mutation in a bacterial protein (like DnaJ) prevents phage propagation and how researchers engineer phages to overcome this resistance.
3. TensorFlow AI and Scientific Research Integration
To make the environment a tool for subsequent research:
AI-Driven Prediction: Use TensorFlow to predict the outcomes of codon optimization. The course notes that different organisms use different sets of degenerate codons; your AI can simulate how these choices affect protein expression levels.
Protein Evolution: Animate directed molecular evolution to design advanced proteins, such as red fluorescent proteins with better photostability and reduced toxicity.
Digital Biocolorants: Model how different combinations of genes (like crtEB for carotenoids) result in specific visible "biocolors" in organisms like E. coli, which can be visually represented in your virtual earth.
4. Interactive Collaboration
To allow for subsequent research:
Simulation Sandbox: Allow users to select a chassis (e.g., E. coli, yeast, or mammalian cells) and introduce custom DNA designs into that virtual host to observe the metabolic or therapeutic output.
Data Analysis Layers: Layer in virtual "next-gen sequencing" or "mass spectrometry" readouts that appear as the user interacts with the animated biological processes

Are you referring to access to yesterday's videorecording and HTGAA 2026 class next week for me as a global listener - with a Zoom URL, or something else?
Might one of the reasons I couldn't join the class yesterday be due to ICE, either the Thai graduate student TA, I think, who in HtGAA 2025 was acting very strangely (aggressively, arbitrarily, ... almost as if he could be seeing prostitutes as sex slaves I posit and wonder ... sometimes appearing with a rooster on his head, and even in the HTGAA 2025 class photo ... and could this even be suggesting that he was a cock?) ... OR could it be due also possibly to ICE immigration and customs enforcement - and their involvement entanglement in MIT too, with all the defense department monies MIT gets, and with their recent murders on the streets of US states ... ? And could even the MIT Media Lab be involved in international organized crime in new ways post epstein and lewin?
David (Sun Kong), having received an HTGAA 2026 with Zoom URL welcome email the night before the first HTGAA 2026 class, - which was blocked - how please to get a Zoom URL for next week's HTGAA 2026 that works please, and as a global listener.
I write as President of World University and School, building on CC-4 MIT OCW in 7 languages, and on Wikipedia / Wikidata in ~342 languages, and in growing an abolition movement worldwide to protect people and in seeking to code for all 7.9 billion people on the planet each a Wikidata PIN # from here - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/You_at_World_University- and to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs, violence, car theft, military targeting industries etc. internationally and their latent networks of violence ... as you may have been reading in the WUaS Weekly Business Meeting WUaS News and Q&As, most recently on M 2/2/26 - https://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2026/02/mount-shasta-wilderness-m-2226-2926.html.
I also write regarding HTGAA 2026 in GROWING a #RealisticVirtualEarth For Synthetic Biology, For Biomedical Engineering, a #RealisticVirtualEarthForGenetics, and a #RealisticVirtualEarthForExtremeLongevity #RealisticVirtualEarthForAgingReversal in collaboration with HTGAA (and see Peter Norvig's INCREDIBLE ToolifyAIWUaS article regarding a Realistic Virtual Earth -https://www.toolify.ai/ai-news/revolutionizing-education-with-machine-learning-and-ai-2574306which is the first time someone has mentioned a RVE that I know of other than WUaS) and at the GCellular and GMolecular levels etc too (think GStreetView with GTimeSlider) ... and also regarding an Aging Reversal Genetics' course, with parallels to a MIT OCW course, to be listed potentially here - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Aging_Reversal_Genetics.. and so that MIT and Harvard and Wellesley etc students can all begin to work on Aging_Reversal_Genetics' gene therapies and similar with time.
Adn with George (Church above) having recently retweeted some Michael Forrest's Tweets regarding potentially longevity molecules -
Great #NewZealandpatentGranted #NewCancerDrugs - How will a #RVEforPatenting integrate all 200 #WUaSNationStates' #PatentLawOffices eg #RealisticVirtualEarthForPatenting #RealisticVirtualEarthForPatents w #RealisticVirtualEarthForMolecules in #GStreetView &@ #GMoleculeView level?
And where ICE, the MIT graduate student, could also be very useful in developing a #RealisticVirtualEarthForSyntheticBiology - and in the Thai language especially and for Thai WUaS students in their homes in Thailand ...
As a conscientious objector (as a Friend / Quaker), I'm also growing a worldwide World Univ & Sch WUaS abolition movement - building on CC-4 licensed MIT OCW in 7 languages +again - to knock back international organized crime and to protect people ... even regarding the tragic epstein and lewin catastrophes out of MIT ... and potentially re international organized crime operating at MIT and the Ivy league Universities, the Stanford and the University of California s for example too. (MIT alums in chemistry/ physics' Larry Viehland and his wife kim viehland, where Larry was involved in World University and School for a few years, but after his wife pastor kim viehland asked 'where are we going to get the prostitutes from? - in their house at Pittsburgh, PA, where I was in asylum, in 2 different asylum house, after death threats in the sf bay area, for 2 1/2 years ... and could they continue to be involved in international organized crime out of Pittsburgh, even, and tragically?) ... My grandfather Sandy Brown (Alexander Chadbourne Brown), with 2 MIT degrees, I think, in chemical engineering from the 1920s, and something like 9 patents, was found hung in my grandparents' basement in Cincinnati Ohio in 1985 ... and with my grandfather being a birthright Unitarian, and involved in the Unitarian Church in Cincinnati for something like 50 years ...and inquiry-wise could MIT organized crime (or MIT international organized crime) have hung him ... and regarding even tragically sex trafficking prostitution with kids in the Unitarian Church of Cincinnati, I've wondered a number of times? And could Larry and 'pastor' kim viehland both have learned about the reasons for why my grandfather Sandy Brown was hanged - while I was in asylum in Pittsburgh from the SF Bay Area ... - and regarding MIT organized crime in the midwest ? Larry is from Missouri and Kim is from West Virginia prior to MIT; Larry dropped out of WUaS very suddenly when I was in asylum in Pittsburgh from Aug 2022 to Dec 2024. My father, too, Gordon K MacLeod MD, a professor of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh for many decades came back from a 4 day semester at sea voyage, UPitt managed at the time, with a subdural hematoma, - and was he whacked in Belize on 12/30/04, the day before my birthday, by international organized crime in cahoots with us uniformed armed services (since ret major general douglas fraser of the southern command in the us air force would likely have signed off on my father's head injury which lead to his death almost 3 years later I posit) - and as I seek to stay alive with some death threats both in the SF Bay Area and sadly a murderous run through attempt of me in Pittsburgh in asylum, as well as the 'murder 'word spoken to me in Chase bank Shadyside Pgh by Shauna McNally with jp morgan Chase bank operating in about 100 out of 200 countries ... and possibly involved in the wrongful buying and selling of people - modern slavery I posit - in the illegal sex and violence industries etc too.
David (Sun Kong), Chris (Mason), George (Church), how best please to join the HTGAA 2026 as a global listener ... where joining this network again this year could keep me alive from elite universities' international organized crime for example?
