Dear Colleen, (Sri Lanka WUaS),
Thanks so much for this opportunity to talk with you.
Of the times you shared with me, Thursday at 2pm ET works for me, while the other Friday and Monday times could work as well. (I'm currently based in Pennsylvania on Eastern Time, but World Univ & Sch may move back to the SF Bay Area September 1, 2023).
Please let me know whether Thursday at 2pm ET works for you, or what works best for you otherwise.
Thank you again, and kind regards,

Dear Colleen, Whitney, (Larry Viehland, acting treasurer), Ed Smyth (WUaS Chief Medical Officer), All,
Thanks so much for our call today - and regarding too that you accredit individual hour long courses, for example, beginning at $350 per single hour long medical courses.
In CC-4 licensed OCW.MIT.EDU-centric World University and School calling for abolition of the illegal sex and drug industries internationally, and their latent networks of violence, and in fleeing to PA from CA for asylum in some of these regards, and with WUaS having no resources whatsoever to speak of, it seems like it could be quite a while before WUaS might develop any courses for accreditation and to explore further communication with PIM ... but best wishes in your accreditation company's accreditation process. (Was a bit concerned that you accredit courses for licensed physicians, pharmacists and nurses on sex trafficking, for example - and regarding your turning so red so much, Whitney Faler, in some of these regards too).
As a whistle blower, WUaS continues to seek to protect people from perpetrators, criminals, sex offenders, purveyors, in some of these regards, and potentially in planning to code for avatar bot electronic medical records for all 7.9 billion people on the planet, each a Wikidata PIN #, and with law, law enforcement, machine learning, AI, and even with robotics - and with MD psychiatry - and in all 50 US states, and in all ~200 countries, and in their main languages, and with WUaS's ~200 planned law schools in addition to WUaS's ~200 planned medical Schools ... and even potentially with robotics.
But ...
... and even if such robots could become teachers for example.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to talk with you at PIMED.com about CC-4 licensed MIT OCW-centric World University Accreditation, abolition-ally, best wishes,
Scott

applicationprocess@msche.org for CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki World University & School (continuing)
Dear Diana Bonner, President Perfetti at the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education, Larry Viehland (on the CC-4 licensed MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School accreditation committee too), All,
Greetings after The Middle States' Commission on Higher Education's annual meeting, and I hope it went well. Some of us World Univ & Sch were attending virtually a little bit through Twitter too. Thank you, Diana Bonner, again for your 2 emails of November 13, and November 17, and regarding my follow up email about possible avenues for WUaS to license and for free-to-students' online Bachelor, PhD, Law, IB high school or similar, and newly AA and Master's degrees (first in English, and for US students and students from all ~200 countries, and eventually in these countries' main languages). (I'm glad to write too that our WUas Sri Lanka campus, southeast of India, just shared some accreditation opportunities for our WUaS planned online Medical Schools and online WUaS Teaching Hospitals - but for WUaS degrees and course accreditation for "educational content for licensed healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, etc) who need continuing education to maintain their licenses" with PIMED.com). While World Univ & Sch's / WUaS's financial situation is still dire, perhaps being able to first license and then accredit with MSCHE will change this with regards to a variety of possible funding sources.
Diana, I'm writing again with my email from Nov 22 regarding your kind invitation to ask you questions:
"Greetings. I'm writing to ask some questions per your helpful emails.
Thank you for your emails, and your offer in your first email to "Feel free to contact me with any questions." As Larry Viehland (WUaS Accreditation committee too), and I spoke about this in World Univ & Sch's Monthly Business Meeting on Saturday, 11/19/22 (
https://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2022/12/minutes-for-sat-111922-for-open-world.html), Larry Viehland observed that because Middle States' Commission on Higher Education accredits universities in 5 US states and the District of Columbia, (Washington DC) in the USA, that perhaps WUaS becoming licensed in each of the 5 states would be necessary per your second email, Diana. Is this the case?
Diana, President Perfetti, which licensing agency in Pennsylvania does World Univ & Sch go to to get licensed first before completing the Pre-Application to the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education and MSCHE's 5 US states? (Who in Maryland do we go to to get licensed? Who in New York do we go to to get licensed? Who in Delaware do we go to to get licensed? Who in New Jersey do we go to to get licensed?) Is there one licensing agency that WUaS could seek licensing with to handle all 5 US states and Washington DC regarding MSCHE accreditation, potentially for CC-4 licensed MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School?
How else please would you suggest meeting the requirements mentioned in your second email, Diana, including that of WUaS awarding "postsecondary degrees or hold(ing) proper legal exemption in accordance with Requirement of Affiliation No.1 and federal regulation 34 CFR §602.28(a)," for World Univ & Sch to be able to apply to complete the Pre-Application to Middle States Commission on Higher Education?
I haven't been able to find such related licensing agencies or avenues to license either in the MSCHE web site or via Google Searches.Could you please suggest a web site or two to look at as well?
Thank you, and kind regards,
Scott GK MacLeod "
While I shared this PA Institution Resources' link -
https://www.education.pa.gov/Postsecondary-Adult/CollegeCareer/Pages/Institution-Resources.aspx - with you at MSCHE in asking these questions before, Diana, and Heather, I don't see that this refers to licensing opportunities for WUaS (and neither the word 'license' nor 'legal' comes up here in a search), and also none of the options seemed doable at the time, what please might you suggest now with regard to all of the five MSCHE states' licensing and accreditation questions above? And, further, a search on the following which you sent doesn't lead to any approaches to licensing either -
"Because the institution does not currently hold legal authorization or licensing from an appropriate governmental organization or agency to operate as a postsecondary educational institution and cannot currently award postsecondary degrees or hold proper legal exemption in accordance with Requirement of Affiliation No.1 and federal regulation 34 CFR §602.28(a), World University & School does not meet the Pre-Application Minimum Requirements."
WUaS would be very grateful for any guidance you might possibly share on how to become licensed in a way to begin the MSCHE Pre-Application process. Again, Diana, President Perfetti, which licensing agency in Pennsylvania please does World Univ & Sch go to to get licensed first before completing the Pre-Application to the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education and MSCHE's 5 US states?
Thank you, and best wishes,
Scott

Re: [EXT] - Toyota Prius C 2016 maintenance - Toyota North Hills Pgh December 2022
Scott,
Can you please clarify what you are asking of us? Your email was confusing.
Thanks,
Jim Shorkey
Dear Jim Shorkey, David Rusnak, Michael Engle, Toyota Palo Alto (where I brought my Toyota for maintenance through this summer, having moved from CA to PA as a kind of asylum in whistle blowing about ethical wrong-doing, and in calling the police about illegal activity in the SF Bay Area),
Greetings, and I hope this email finds you well. How are you?
I brought my Toyota Prius c 2016 in last week to Toyota North HIlls in Pittsburgh PA, for a "5K Maintenance,' drove it successfully to Maryland and back on Friday December 9th, without a glitch, and when I started it yesterday afternoon about 8 warning lights came on and the car wouldn't start. So with my car not functioning properly, I called Toyota North Hills Pgh yesterday afternoon and spoke with a representative describing the problem, and that you were my service provider Dave Rusnak, asking for you but not getting your message machine. When I called this morning, I got to Jim Shorkey general mailbox and left a message (from Gordon Scott MacLeod 412 478 0116 ... invoice # 112981D) but have not yet received a call back.
How to proceed, please? (I found this email format on the web after a number of searches and after also trying to call a number for Michael Engle, general manager of Jim Shorkey Auto Group).
I had mentioned both these ideas to Dave Rusnak last week too :
Am curious to explore further CC-4 licensed MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch's interest in possibly 1000 Toyota Proace Electric Autonomous Vehicles - large, medium and small - beginning in 2024 ... and possibly also with 1000 Toyota Humanoid Robots THR3s or similar ... and initially as drivers, then MD professors of surgery, etc ... and possibly 5 at a time, some time (well) after 2024 possibly.
Thank you,
Scott

Dear Jim Shorkey, Dave Rusnak, Shawn Flaherty, John Tadler, All, ...
Thanks so much for your email, Jim Shorkey III, as head of Jim Shorkey Auto Group. How best to proceed to get my Toyota Prius c 2016 car working again, please, having brought it in for a 5000 mile maintenance last week, and it not functioning any more this week? Dave Rusnak seemed to suggest bringing it in after 7000 miles again, but there was no sticker in the windshield indicating this. Is there a kind of warranty on a "5000 mile maintenance" with you done last week please? And should I bring it in again to the Toyota North Hills' service center, possibly getting it towed with AAA? If so, when? My car is down and it seems to be possibly related to the maintenance I just had done at Toyota Shorkey North Hills in Pgh. Thank you and,
re again

Larry,
and maybe this curious car not starting event after hiking with Tym, special envoy to Yemen in the US state dept, in MD on Friday - glitch free with the vehicle - may have somehow even saved my life further re latent networks of violence in this asylum place in Pgh for me, and also even regarding this pic of MIT Pres Reif -
https://twitter.com/MIT_SHASS/status/1602016136819875845 - on MIT Diana Prof Henderson's Twitter feed and WUaS's email to him about accreditation. Perhaps federal govt law with state law can help WUaS out of its poverty too.
Hopefully the Prius c weighing between 2,530 and 3,375 pounds can get fixed today.
Abolitionally, sincerely, Friendly greetings, Scott

Dear Larry, Sue, Henry, Ma, All,
After communicating with Jim Shorkey himself of Jim Shorkey Toyota North Hills Pgh yesterday and talking with Larry last night too - that Toyota North Hills' Service center opens at 7 am ... I just called them and scheduled an appt for noon for the car that doesn't run (after getting a 5k mile maintenance last week with them, taking a trip to MD on Friday, to hike with Reed College friend Tym Lenderking in the US state department for 28 years and back, driving it Saturday and Sunday, all without a glitch, and then Monday afternoon no longer having a working car, - with 8 warning lights however - & what are current best technical, and 'cultural' too, hypotheses for causes ?). AAA opens at 8:30 am which insurance I have ... And hopefully they'll be able to tow it to Toyota North Hills in the morning.
By way of networking further, on our hike Tym Lenderking said that the collaboration between World Univ & Sch and the US State Department in 196 countries begins with our hike on Friday ... good stuff.
As I wrote to Larry earlier today -
"and maybe this curious car not starting event after hiking with Tym, special envoy to Yemen in the US state dept, in MD on Friday - glitch free with the vehicle - may have somehow even saved my life further regarding WUaS calling for abolishing the illegal sex and drug industries' internationally, and their latent networks of violence, in this asylum place in Pgh for me, and also even regarding this pic of MIT Pres Reif -

Dear Larry, Sue, All,
Greetings, Networkers, All! How are you?
Am here at Toyota North Hills- Jim Shorkey after a costly $94 tow ... 3 miles free with AAA for the basic plan apparently, and $7/mile after that for 15 miles according to Apple Ways Mapping ... but .my google maps said it was 13 miles, so I just paid the $84 with credit card and left a $10 gratuity for the helpful smart Mike Arroyo 1991 @
icloud.com / aka Mark in an Angelo's AAA truck from Monroeville ... . Talked again with service advisor Dave Rusnak (after paying $309 for a 5000 k maintenance last week ...), who said the 5k miles' warranty covered oil change and tires ... and they'd check .. but worried ... I then mentioned seeing a mechanic as I drove out of the service bay holding up a rainbow colored starter I think ... and I had mentioned a grating grinding noise emerging 1 out of 20 times when I turned the ignition key prior to the 5k maintenance last week (which was less - around 3500 miles possibly when the maintenance light came ) ... so who knows, am waiting ... am glad Toyota North Hills in August in my asylum journey fleeing from CA to PA, with a rattling sound in my front left wheel, was able to do a $5000 mile maintenance then and find a little pebble in the front left wheel and fix it ... Could the possible replacement starter be a federal government design even ... and controllable by remote control somehow ... but what if craven (immoral) folks have been inserting such starters for a long time, somehow 'bilking' people out of the cars, sadly? Anyway ... am hoping it all works out ... $152 for the initial Frick Park Auto inspection when it should have been $40 (plus some non-Toyota windshield wiper blade replacements were added, and the AC went off after this visit), in ~September at the PA inspection place ... seems exorbitant, but glad my car passed PA state inspection ... and then $309 last week for the 5K miles' inspection but where the INVOICE didn't mention such a starter replacement only ONE out of FIFTEEN 15 (not 20 or 25 grinding sounds) ...
So NICK just came by (Dave Rusnak is out to lunch) ... and says that after the 5000k maintenance last week and the dashboard lights coming on that the problem was the battery ... costing 497 for everything a TOYOTA battery (normal sized like in other combustion engine cars), testing, replacing it etc - and I asked him what if they just put a bad battery in last week? ... and he said they wouldn't do that ... and I say I'm so poor ... and he said also it may be the battery since 2016 ... and I asked whether they could do it while I wait .. and I say go for it ... and figure that even if they did put a battery with a bad cell in last week ... that there's not much I can do at this stage with the 5K maintenance SIGN coming on last week (possibly for the grinding sound or the starter or the battery ??? at around ~3500 k mile maintenance) ... and that IF the battery is from 2016, it's probably time (as poor as I and WUaS are) ... so they're going to throw a new battery in ... good for the car's long life ...
Thanks for this networking opportunity ... further ... and hopefully WUaS can work with Toyota Robotics, and this amazing THR3 Lego Robotics vid just popped up on Twitter -
https://twitter.com/bayiskendr/status/1293621098664386574 and see Tweets below for the #Hashtag that took me to this ...
It's in times like this that I really wish I had yesterday a Toyota Proace Electric Autonomous Vehicle Camping Van (large size, available in 2024) that could tow not only a Boston Whaler speed boat weighing 3000 pounds but even a backup Toyota Prius c 2016 weighing in under 3,500 pounds ...

Stephon, Lisa Ximei, All,
Thanks for spelling out the quiet time in this house, and the no smoking in this house too (potentially both cigarette and metaphorical), Lisa Ximei Peng! Thank you!
The brass are loud (e.g. officers in security apparati, and trumpeters and symphony horn players) ... and what role could they have played even in Jackson Shannon NYC's dying, I wonder, and regarding injustice (to possibly perpetuate further forms of slavery even ... and in 210 East End Avenue, Pgh, PA 15221 even), and federal and US state law?
Am hoping emerging possibly from the genetic engineering revolution, that my right ear's "Eustachian Tube Dysfunction" (or similar) ... because of which I'm not playing the loud Great Highland Bagpipe, could even get 'repaired' for pressure from within and in many other ways ... and would then the Toyota Proace large camping van not only be tall enough inside for me to stand up in at 192 cm, but also have the Scottish Highland Bagpipes tall drones stick up above my head ... and would I also be able to do Yoga Asana standing poses in such a Toyota large Yoga van and Urdhva Hastasana (
https://www.tummee.com/yoga-poses/urdhva-hastasana AND
https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/upward-salute/) ... extending arms up above the head from Tadasana (mountain pose
https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/types/standing/mountain-pose/) ... and how also could we begin to teach the amazing machine learning Miko-3 robot (for 5-10 year olds) which teaches Yoga apparently ... to teach restorative Yoga -
http://www.scottmacleod.com/yoganotations.html AND
http://scottmacleod.com/yoga.htm - and even Angela and Victor Yoga
inspired from some years ago ... and perhaps as it becomes Miko 10 humanoid robot for delicious partner yoga and in the Toyota Proace autonomous vehicle electric hippy large camping van (at MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch too)? :)
Staying safe, abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people and drugs (and there are a lot coming along with genetic revolution), and their latent networks of violence, and how best to end cigarette smoking further with a further public health campaign even (and in 210 East End Avenue, Pgh 15221, and in every house in the USA where it's causing people to get cancer for example )?

Hi Ma,
Thinking about Yoga for opening the chest area and regarding aging reversal genetic drug therapies and newly regarding YOGA GENETICS' OPENING ... just shared this with Tym ...
"Conceptually, Tym, how to get a hypothetical AB98 molecule to attach to the bones, ligaments of my mother's thoracic spine area ('heart chakra' thinking, Yogi-cally - and TO OPEN FROM THE INSIDE) re this MOLECULE CD47 - "Further investigation revealed that a molecule called thrombospondin, which binds to CD47 on the surface of the muscle stem cells, suppresses the muscle stem cells’ activity.
Porpiglia showed that an antibody that recognizes thrombospondin and blocks its ability to bind to CD47 dramatically affected the function of muscle stem cells. Cells from older animals divided more robustly when growing in a laboratory dish in the presence of the antibody, and when the antibody was injected into the leg muscles of old mice the animals developed bigger and stronger leg muscles than control animals.
