Cells from older animals divided more robustly when growing in a laboratory dish in the presence of the antibody, and when the antibody was injected into the leg muscles of old mice the animals developed bigger and stronger leg muscles than control animals.

Nice to have tea with you the other day. Played "Struan Robertson's Lament" Piobaireachd last night ... I hope to record a final version soon today ... (and for Piobaireachd tune pictures, am exploring the idea of putting on my kilt and kit and doing photographs with my new iPad with a better than smartphone camera in and around the Carnegie buildings in Oakland, some with the Carnegie name in them, others with that great dinosaur sculpture and similar) ... would you please help me with taking some pictures, possibly after we meet for lunch at the Phipps' Conservatory cafe one day this week?

Glad to have heard from David Thursday in text today, with my reply below. What do you think? Xmas Eve in Zoom too and even possibly lighting Xmas tree candles in your sunroom? Am seeking to be of support to you these holidays, - regarding what I'm calling Sandy's psychopathology mental illness - but am also living in an asylum place in Pittsburgh ... so I may be remotely too ... for both Xmas and Xmas dinner at 5 on 25 Dec at Chris's (and in calling for the abolition of the illegal sex and drug industries and their latent networks of violence ... all crazy-making stuff re our family too ... and possibly Dad's subdural hematomas tragically).

Hi David! Nice to get your message - and fun to hike with Tim (and easier in this asylum place in western Penn's woods, than in CA, to meet in your home state on the C&O canal ... I want to pick your brain more about the C&O canal, near where we hiked (with some interesting new #VirtualInteractiveHistory ideas coming in yesterday's blogpost - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2022/11/paw-paw-tree-asimina-triloba.html), historically sometime ... maybe on a hike altogether with Tim in the Greenridge state forest or similarly along the C&O?:) My mother and I are talking about Xmas Eve at 9pm ET for a Zoom celebration, and will share the URL with you in the future if this gathering and time emerges (not sure about online Christmas carol singing, or candle lighting, or possibly lighting the candles on a small Xmas tree in her sun room or similar, but stay tuned). Am quite concerned about Sandy's mental illness, so since he and Kate are coming to visit my mother at Longwood, I may be in the Zoom Xmas eve gathering too remotely. "Conceptually, Tym, how to get a hypothetical AB98 molecule to attach to the bones, ligaments of my mother's thoracic spine area ('heart chakra' thinking, Yogi-cally - and TO OPEN FROM THE INSIDE) re this MOLECULE CD47 - "Further investigation revealed that a molecule called thrombospondin, which binds to CD47 on the surface of the muscle stem cells, suppresses the muscle stem cells’ activity.  

Porpiglia showed that an antibody that recognizes thrombospondin and blocks its ability to bind to CD47 dramatically affected the function of muscle stem cells. Cells from older animals divided more robustly when growing in a laboratory dish in the presence of the antibody, and when the antibody was injected into the leg muscles of old mice the animals developed bigger and stronger leg muscles than control animals.

Ma, came down to the university area of Oakland and the University area, CMU and Pitt, and looking for the Carnegie name to add to 10-16 Piobaireachd recordings in my upcoming album, and finally found a beginning regarding a Pittsburgh Scottish symbol and re the Carnegie Museums of Natural History and Art, and the Carnegie Music Hall, and the main Carnegie Library in Oakland, which front is behind building scaffolding ...  and that is the CARNEGIE MUSIC HALL carved in stone twice in front of its building on Forbes Avenue, and under statues of JS Bach and William Shakespeare 'stylized' as life size sculptures ... just down these buildings from sculptures of Galileo and Michelangelo) ... May don my kilt and kit, and ask a friend to take a lot of pics with me and my Scottish Small Pipes in front of the CARNEGIE MUSIC HALL and all around here for Honey Piobaireachd album upcoming ! πŸ™‚ A lot of people, young and old, students and visitors, walking around the illuminated see saws in front of the Carnegie Library ... and all these folks are somewhat 'normative' somehow ... how to connect with a life partner in this area tonight even somehow ? No one in the Phipps' Cafe in the LUMIERE (sans son re "Son et lumiΓ¨re (show)" πŸ™‚) Phipps Glass House Conservatory who seems single and attractive and open to connecting tonight ... but it could be an interesting place to meet someone too!
