Stanford Medical Ethics' panel moderated by Stanford Ethics' professor Holly K Tabor in the Stanford Medical School from this morning?

"Have teleconferencing biomedical ethics for small hospitals in particular developed in any successful ways since say March 2000, and the beginning of the CoronaVirus pandemic, and perhaps to complement the role that lawyers in small hospitals might play in related ethics’ questions? Where would one begin to find any data about this please?
