having heard from Navinchandra 'Papy' Doshi (north of Berkeley, my previous landlord in safe house from coronavirus pandemic' s  10/1/20 to 7/31/22) that he received a payment voucher check OPENED six months after May 2022 sent to me on paper from PA at the 1745 Arlington El Cerrito addresses, which was OPENED ... potentially a criminal federal offense with many legal implications ... and regarding possibly being able to pinpoint or deduce further the criminals in the SF Bay Area ... and as possibly Canyon 94516 too becomes newly safe,

Dear Larry, Ed (CMO), Ma, Kim, All,

Good to talk with you, Larry and Kim. Are you alright Larry having literally fallen as Kim was opening the door as I arrived? Did the warm bath help? I gather you may have have gotten a little bruised but you may not have broken any bones. (Sorry to learn your mother's or grandmother's house, Kim, burned down in West Virginia years ago ... after we were talking about my ethnographic field site Harbin Hot Springs burning down in 2015 as I was wondering what role the state if California And federal government may have played in this fire). Thanks especially for the MIT Tech Review and MIT Alumni 2 magazines, Larry, the first one containing the Aging Reversal article by its biotech writer Antonio Regalado. 

On with accreditation and licensing of WUaS as I (think I ) hope you're right that WUaS will hear back from Middle States Commission on Higher Education about proceeding with licensing and accreditation - and as I and WUaS continue to call for abolishing the illegal sex and drug industries and their latent networks of violence. The thought crossed my mind just now that perhaps your observation at the close of WUaS Monthly Business Meeting on 11/19/22 about "having fallen" or "I fell off the couch", and "I have got to go" - and hurting your big toe in literally falling to the floor in your living room as I arrived - could refer even to MSCHE president Heather Perfetti somehow ... Could this be an opportinity for WUaS somehow to protect WUaS students and even all 7.9 billion Universitians as wiki teachers and learners and volunteers? 

Am wondering further about finding a new CFO and Chair of the Board, and new Board members, and a COO and Chief Information Technology Officer in addition to Ed Smyth MD being Chief Medical Officer with you as acting treasurer and on the WUaS accreditation committee with us. (Am concerned in a new way and in potentially seeking reimbursement from European governments for free MIT OCW centric WUaS degrees regarding the Bologna Reforms of 1999 (see below 1) in protecting, and similar, European students and wiki Universitians from all these countries with law, law enforcement and machine learning and AI - and I hope Peter Norvig and others in knowledgeable IT positions in various nation state governments and similar can help).

I continue to be living in asylum in PA from CA having fled for my life - and in calling for abolition.
