As a whistle-blower, in asylum, and having called for US federal protection for my mother, myself and my brother ... and regarding potentially my car registration planning in California ... this PPS BELOW may be just another piece of junk messaging from Criminals, for example ... who knows? ...
... but am writing to say that, as a Friendly leading, re Quaker discernment, and regarding what my mother, Pin, Ed and John have somehow suggested too, I think ... and residing in Penn's Woods (eg re William Penn and Friends' Holy Experiment in PA beginning in around 1683) presently in north central PA - I'm going to drive to Pittsburgh today and begin to look for a place to live, instead of seeking to head to California in planning to move the WUaS Academic Medical Center into a place in the SF Bay Area later this month. I don't see 'way opening' in California ... and Desiderata "career"-wise ...

... therefore think that developing an online CC-4 licensed MIT OCW-centric World Univ & Sch from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania rather than California makes most sense ... and regarding accreditation and licensing with organizations in Pennsylvania.
Ma, will call you this morning on the way to Pittsburgh on the 3.5 hour drive .... and am also seeking to drive 3.5 hours back to Montoursville PA this evening ... where I've booked a place to stay through Tu Nov 14th.
Ed, if I hear otherwise from you, for example, today, W 11/8/23, that your possible suggestion to fly to the SF Bay Area which I did on 10/1/23 ... to move the WUaS Academic Medical Center into a newly safe 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon CA 94516 ... is somehow opening a way to move back to California at the end of November ... I would gladly head to the SF Bay Area in California at the end of the month as a better place to develop WUaS from than Pittsburgh PA I think.
