Per your suggestions, I just PUT IN 4 paper copies for 4 paper USPS Change of Address WORLD UNIV & SCH forwarding requests in the East Liberty branch of the USPS in Pgh PA, after talking with a USPS supervisor Chelsey at telephone # 412 682 4572 in the Bloomfield branch of the USPS in Pgh PA, who suggested going to the East Liberty branch of the USPS.
