Hello Mr. Scott,

I returned home yesterday after completing my project.

Hope all is well with you. As you will be vacating rental unit on August 1, next Monday, we have a big job to deep clean the unit for next tenant. I also want to know your preparation  to vacate the unit. By end of this week, probably, on coming Sunday July 31, we would like to visit the unit in afternoon. I am sure by than you must have fully prepared your moving out schedule.

Am planning to be out of your 1749 Arlington Blvd, Garden Suite, north of Berkeley in this 'unsafe house' building by July 31st. 

As I just texted my mother in Pennsylvania this morning:
