Greetings. With winter coming on, I'm writing to inquire about the left window in my room which doesn't have any glass in it, and which storm window too has a space at the bottom, with no way to shut out the cold wind. Would it be possible to ask you please to put in a new sheet of glass/similar, and a new storm window too (or similar, by sealing the bottom of the storm window)? Thank you.
In talking about this with my housemate Stephon Owens, in the kitchen, he pointed out the broken kitchen window which is also letting in cold air, and he wondered about asking you, Lisa, about repairing the kitchen window too - with winter coming on. Could you possibly please put in a new sheet of glass/similar in the kitchen?
And in asking my other housemate Frederic Khayat about the window in his room, he said it doesn't close completely, I think, and that there's a gap or similar at the bottom, letting in cold air, and we're wondering if you could possibly please have someone fix this too - with winter coming on?
Also, my bedroom door doesn't close correctly, and the wood around the door knob is cracked so it's also a bit broken, such that I have to slam it each time I close it, making a loud noise and possibly disturbing my housemates. Would it be possible please also to fix this, possibly with some lubricant, but maybe by shaving off a bit of the door's edge, or in some other way.

What are you thinking - and about tap water here?
Am a little less favorably inclined to the WM distilled water I got recently, than 2 weeks ago - mineral-taste-wise - but here's what distilling water does -
Distillation effectively removes inorganic compounds such as metals (lead), nitrate, and other nuisance particles such as iron and hardness from a contaminated water supply. The boiling process also kills microorganisms such as bacteria and some viruses. Distillation removes oxygen and some trace metals from water.
And here are 3 (somewhat expensive) Consumer Reports' tested and rated water filtration systems (for my own thinking) -
And these BOTH remove lead - the really important substance to avoid -
Will hopefully hear back from Xi Mei about getting all of our windows fixed ... thanks for suggesting Stephon, possibly asking Lisa about this.
