And in what ways could United Nations' computer servers, for example, provide the open source AI and ML tools to help each of all 193 UN member states (and the other 8 nations, per the "201 National Olympic Committees (NOCs)" participating in 2004), with specific tools possibly chosen, and especially also written or coded (and possibly by WUaS students in each of these nation states with time), in each of these countries, by their people, (as in "We the People ...") in conjunction with the United Nations' Protocols and process and the UN IT Czars for this (which you mentioned), in order to navigate all the issues raised by so many UN AI for Good conference panelists yesterday?

Lily, in your internship at DLA Piper could you potentially help WUaS in collaboration with Stanford Law School / CodeX develop a free WUaS law degree in English ... and potentially even working with Roland Vogl and other DLA Piper lawyers who might also be Stanford alumni (first in English ... that Haque could benefit from)? I won't be in the follow-on Stanford Law conference tomorrow, but might you all be able to meet and take the initiative to develop this WUaS Law degree program further even, eg by networking + ... and which Haque (from Bangladesh) with intermediate English, and Lilly Li, could benefit from at WUaS were they to apply to the WUaS Law degree program in December and matriculate at WUaS in September 2026?

Thanks for your edifying moderation of the "Standards Sharing and International Cooperation on AI Governance" panel at the Stanford Law "UN AI for Good" conference on Wednesday, 4/9/25. I asked the question about whether the SARS CoV-2 / Covid-19 pandemic could have been produced by AI and ML too, and what new international standards might UN AI for Good, and the US too, benefit from creating for AI and ML and International Cooperation on AI Governance if it was. Thanks for your synthesis and response potentially from a US National Defense University perspective (and nice to meet you out on the patio aftward briefly). 

Here are some further brainstorming thoughts -


-  from 4/1/20 about the SARS CoV2/ Covid-19 pandemic (but also regarding my physical-digital ethnographic field site, Harbin Hot Springs in northern California, and regarding my 5 books), but not regarding your panel's insights and thinking ...
