HTGAA 2025 Week 11 || Measurement & Imaging | ~

("Dial him forward, Slide her back" ... How could we even connect our avatar agent electronic health records - re Pegman becoming this - to our molecules and cells via a physical-digital Google Street View with time slider interface ... to be able to "Dial him forward, Slide her back" and when aging reversal and extreme longevity genetic drug therapies emerge, FDA approved?)

Dear David (Sun Kong), Evan (Daugharthy), George (Church), Peter (Norvig), All,

Greetings.

Thanks, Evan, so much for your GREAT reply and GREAT HTGAA presentation on Tu 4/22/25:

("Dial him forward, Slide her back" ... How could we even connect our avatar agent electronic health records - re Pegman becoming this - to our molecules and cells via a physical-digital Google Street View with time slider interface ... to be able to "Dial him forward, Slide her back" and when aging reversal and extreme longevity genetic drug therapies emerge, FDA approved?)

"The google earth /street concept for spatial multiplex data is very compelling, but the actual tools are still early on. Think of NGS - it took more than a decade for the analysis tools to be mature and start to generate meta-level platforms and tools. Spatial data is very new, and like other “systems” datasets, is noisy and has lots of batch effects, which make it challenging to build large integrated databases and visualization/analysis tools and frameworks at the scale of data required for large model derived prediction. Very exciting field and just like NGS - lots of very distributed open source algorithm and software development ongoing"

and to this Question -
"how to incorporate the Google Street View with time slider computer science algorithms and data (at the GCell view and GMolecule view levels) WHICH INTEROPERATES with Google Maps … both CS-wise and potentially metaphorically or conceptually? (And possibly re Federico Brunello’s question about barcoding too re GCellView and GMoleculeView with time sliders too?)"

AND
further, I asked this about 5 minutes before the close of this 2025 HTGAA class (and which develops a conversation with some of the other people above) -

"Evan, & re the Church lab (eg re aging reversal and extreme longevity genetics), how further to measure such processes molecularly with a Google Maps, Google Earth, Google Street View with time slider re NGS & ‘ “systems” datasets ‘ for example … and even for connecting/interoperating with little Pegman in Street View with our #AvatarAgentElectronicHealthRecords (Avatar = imaging, Agent = AI and ML +, in say Kaiser Permanente Electronic Health Records) … and for  aging reversal and extreme longevity gene drug vaccines therapeutics we might take in the future to actually reverse aging and extend life in mammals and humans? Thanks!"

(For a very beginning glimpse into a Time Slider in Google Street View with a time slider, and for 2007, 2012, and 2024, and re my related #RealisticVirtualHarbin Hot Springs STEM / STEAM and ethnographic 2nd book project ... please see the PPPS below.) ... AND COULD we even explore time-sliding ourselves in 20 or 50 years to these ages ?

"Dial him forward, Slide her back" with aging reversal and extreme longevity genetic drug therapies and with Google Street View with time slider at the GMoleculeView and GStreetView levels too? How IT-wise, and synthetic biology-wise, especially?  AND COULD we even explore time-sliding ourselves in 20 or 50 or 100 years to the ages of 7, 12 and 24 ... brainstorming ... and with synthetic biology?

Scott

My notes, and text chats -

A

To Evan in text chat -

Cool … a model, right re the nano electrophoresis? … but could it be ‘real biology’ with time, and with some kind of film to 3D  or N-Dimensional app,

In the nano electrophoresis example, what would be the next steps to video the processes you computer simulated (I assume) eg with film to 3D  or N-Dimensional apps (& into a Realistic Virtual Earth even) - so we could study it as ‘real biology’ 'real  virtual modeled biology' ?(and perhaps you'll get to this ahead with your Google Maps focus mentioned in your introductory slide) ...

Evan - cool and a further question: In the nano electrophoresis example, what would be the next steps to video the processes you computer simulated (I assume) eg with film to 3D  or N-Dimensional apps (& into a Realistic Virtual Earth even) - so we could study it as ‘real biology’ 'real  virtual modeled biology' ?(and perhaps you'll get to this ahead with your Google Maps focus mentioned in your introductory slide) ...

“Seeing Clearly – in 2025??? - A Breast Radiologist’s Perspective on AI in Mammography Screening” - April 24th, 2025

Dear Kristina, and Jonathan, and Peter (Norvig, Google AI Director),

Thanks so much for today's “Seeing Clearly – A Breast Radiologist’s Perspective on AI in Mammography Screening” Stanford Biomedical Informatics Research webinar - https://x.com/StanfordBMIR/status/1915481779915702420 - and for your presenting from Sweden, Kristina.

Again -

In “Seeing Clearly – in 2025??? - A Breast Radiologist’s Perspective on AI in Mammography Screening” ... What do you see ahead with AI and for example reducing screen-reading work load in the next 5, 10, 15 years + for example?

And how could AI scale both the number of x-ray and MRI mammograms read ? (And could diagnostic techniques, paralleling X-ray and MRI etc.,  be developed on the smartphone or another home diagnostic device with AI, and  could this, brainstorming, help extend screening to all women at risk on the planet out of ~7.9 billion people, so 2-3 billion women? This is something the MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School planned online Medical Schools in all 200 countries and in their main languages would seek to explore and do if possible ... and in a #RealisticVirtualEarthForMedicine & #RealisticVirtualEarthForRadiology, and in thinking also in terms of Google Street View with time slider, and at the #GCellView and #GMoleculeView levels). Thanks, Scott GK MacLeod (sgkmacleod@worlduniversityandschool.org & the initial https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/World_University_Medical_School & https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Cancer_Biology ...?

And potentially from here - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/You_at_World_University - and in WUaS also seeking to devleop #AvatarAgentElectronicHeatlhRecords for many of 7.9 billion peple on the planet, each a Wikdiata PIN # (and potentially to help people live much longer and younger with Aging Reversal and extreme longevity genetic drug therapies emerging, ... where Avatar = imaging, and, Agent = AI and ML and regarding little Pegman in Street View becoming electronic health record ... (and in WUaS also growing an abolition movement to protect people (ie to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs and violence industries internationally)).

Thoughts about seeking to use AI and ML to identify and prevent breast cancer from home, in all ~200 countries, and regarding the possible 1 billion - 3 billion women who might potentially be at risk? How many women could AI and ML help to (radiologically) screen for breast cancer, out of 7.9 billion people do you think? And how to use AI and ML to scale all aspects of this as well, and regarding especially risks too, as well as for diagnosis and treatment, and even preventative education, and from home, if at all possible?

Thanks so much, best regards,
Scott

Carolynn Birilli Lake county museum curator & John Parker president LC Historical society, Thu April 24, 2025

Dear Carolynn (Birilli - curator, County of Lake), Donna and Kate in the Lakeport Museum too, (and Dr. John Parker), all,

Greetings, Carolynn, - and it was so great to talk with you Donna and Kate today in the Lakeport museum in Lake County, Thu April 24, 2025 (and after seeing the Native American exhibit in the Gibson Museum in Middletown). How best to grow a #RealisticVirtualEarthForMuseums (& a #RealisticVirtualEarthForArchaeology as well - - and see Twitter and my, and MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch's, blogs for this #Hashtag too) ...And how best also to add en masse, IT-wise, the documents, and objects in the Lake County museum ... and with you, Kate, as the Tech person there? (See too #PeterNorvig's INCREDIBLE #ToolifyAIWUaS article mentioning for the first time that I know other than by WUaS, a https://www.toolify.ai/ai-news/revolutionizing-education-with-machine-learning-and-ai-2574306 ... with much more about WUaS and studying bliss even in a #VirtualHarbin Hot Springs ... for context, and IT approaches too ).

Besides all the other specific things we talked about ... am just writing to connect further in all of these regards, and with you especially in the Lake County museums (and libraries' system).

Donna, and Kate, All, ... am interested too in further building out a #RealisticVirtualHarbin Hot Springs for my 2nd Harbin ethnographic book project (and think Google Street View with time slider, with TensorflowAI - and here's the Harbin Hot Springs' gatehouse in G Street View with time slider ~ https://goo.gl/maps/7gSsSTweRCBo9gf87, and see the PS too) as well as in the history of the Andrew Carnegie library, the history of the 1960s and 1970s and hippies in Lake County, and Robert Louis Stevenson too ... as well as Frank Lloyd Wright upstairs (having some Unitarian Universalist background) ... and such that all of us can practice STEM ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy - https://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/search/label/ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy - (a new theory and method, enabling all of us to add resources and evidence to a virtual earth, #TextInTheSidebar).

Looking forward to communicating further about all of this as a #RealisticVirtualEarth & #ForHistory too grows, and potentially in a #GrowWithGoogleWUaS program. Kate might you be able to help organize digitizing the museums objects, such that they could be added en masse and iteratively with time to a #RealisticVirtualEarth for history, museums, libraries and everything?

Scott
