Dear HTGAA 2025,
I hope you all have made significant progress on your experimental plans and have your first reagent, equipment, and DNA synthesis orders in place!
This week, we are honored to have joining us three pioneers in the field of genome engineering: Professor John Glass from the J. Craig Venter Institute, Professor Jef Boeke from New York University Langone Health, and our very own Professor George Church!
John will speak about making viruses and how to build mycoplasmas with synthetic genomes; George will lecture on ‘Genome-wide editing & synthesis for societal benefits,’ and Jef will give an update on the Synthetic Yeast Genome Project (2.0) and report on genome engineering efforts in mammals and birds.
It will be a lecture you all won’t want to miss :)

Greetings from Middletown, CA, near an emerging realistic virtual earth / realistic virtual Harbin Hot Springs (and for aging reversal genetic drug therapies and avatar agent electronic health records as well +). My laptop's battery ran down completely overnight, and I was only able to get to HTGAA 2025 at 2:10 pm Eastern Time ... and have asked to be let in, but have not been able to join the Zoom conference yet. How best to get into HTGAA 2025 today please?
