To build a high-fidelity "Avatar agent" for a 90-year-old that predicts aging to 200, you need to combine spatial omics (to see where things are) with generative AI (to simulate the future).
1. High-Resolution Imaging: "The Blueprint"
To map cells at a level realistic enough for a virtual Earth, use Spatial Transcriptomics and Proteomics.
Xenium In Situ / Visium HD: These technologies provide sub-cellular resolution, allowing you to see how individual cells in a 90-year-old are interacting with their neighbors.
PET-enabled Dual-Energy CT: For whole-body context, this 2026-era tech distinguishes tissue composition (like bone marrow health) far better than traditional scans.
2. Digital Twin Integration
Once imaged, the data is fed into an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Avatar.
Data Fusion: Use Neural Proteomics Fields (NPF) to create a 3D digital "mesh" of the body's molecular state.
Dynamic EHR: Instead of a static file, the avatar uses AI Agents to continuously update the model based on real-time vitals and lab results.
3. Predicting the Future: 100 to 200 Years
Predicting survival to 200 requires "extrapolation modeling" since no human has reached that age.
Epigenetic Clocks: Use AI-driven biological clocks (like HistoAge or DNA methylation models) to measure "age acceleration."
If a 90-year-old's cells look 70, the model predicts a longer trajectory. Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs): These are used to synthesize "aged" versions of cells.
By feeding the AI data from centenarians, it can simulate the cellular degradation or "compression of morbidity" required to reach extreme ages.

Excited to share our latest paper on the future of AI in biology 🚀🧬
Machine learning has transformed fields like language through large-scale statistical modelling, yet we are still far from predicting human biology.
In our new work with @geochurch we argue that decoding the human genome and modelling gene interactions across space and time should be the ultimate goal for building predictive models of human biology and disease.
We need computational models that replicate cellular transitions across human life stages (from development to ageing) from the genetic sequence and its dynamic regulation.
Developing models with temporal and spatial resolution is ambitious, but we argue it is theoretically feasible and a long-term vision for understanding the language of life that could reshape biomedical research.
