Drosophila (fruit flies), the Antennapedia (Antp) gene is crucial for determining the identity of body segments, and mutations in its regulatory region can lead to ectopic antennae development in place of legs. Specifically, a loss-of-function mutation in Antp can cause the second leg pair to transform into antennae. Conversely, the homothorax (hth) and extradenticle (exd) genes are involved in specifying antennal identity, and their loss-of-function can lead to leg development in the antenna.

  • Antp's repression: Antp is a repressor of hth, suggesting that Antp's activity helps maintain the leg identity. 
Other genes and their roles in antenna development:
  • Hernandez and Fernandez: These genes are involved in specifying both antenna and eye development. 
  • Engrailed: The engrailed gene is important for patterning the eye-antenna imaginal disc. 
  • Cut: Mutations in the cut gene can lead to abnormalities in the antenna, including the loss of sensory bristles. 
In summary, the development of antennae in Drosophila is a complex process involving multiple genes, including the Hox gene Antp, the antennal-determining genes hth and exd, and other genes involved in patterning and development.

I'm writing to follow up on 

a) the puncturing of my back tire at Harbin a few weeks (regarding psychopathologies ??? of 'little john" who may be a pool cleaner with a fancy Aiper swimming pool vacuum cleaning robot, and see below)  ... which I still haven't heard back about from anyone at Harbin Heart Consciousness Church ... 

b) the car parking in front of mine in the middle of the night around 1 pm to obstruct my departure, but I was able to get around this curious vehicle, when my license plate was erroneously entered in the Harbin database ... giving me a  very limited relationship with the state of California law enforcement ... for example ... if the car parked in front of mine carried a gun slinger / or a slave prostitute with foreign mercenary soldiers' 'connections "... for example  ... 

c) "little john" pointing his finger to his head ("little john") ... 

(which is the name Heather Dance Yogini Christensen gave to contrast "little john" with 'Jonny Strieter' she said, after I asked her what she would do regarding the tire puncture after this happened) 

...as "little john"  wished me Merry Xmas laughing both mirthfully and kind of evilly too (while I was wearing whimsically a Santa Claus hat in the pool area) and as if to threaten shooting me in the head ...  (and does he have a weapon in that end upper locker in the 2nd floor changing room?)

d) ... well, having just come from Harbin Yoga soaking in the warm pool for ~2 hours, and then seen "little john" near the heart-shaped pool as red as red can be as if he were having a psychopathic psychiatric episode or a heart attack even,  I'd like to. to call for a MD psychiatric (or perhaps cardiac ) evaluation into deeply psychopathological at times' "little john" ... (and glad I've sought US federal protection for my mother, brother and myself many months ago in some of these regards ... and while at Harbin too)

d i ) as I was sitting talking with some Harbinites in the front square hot pool, I saw a Harbin security person come up to a someone nearby ... and say "Excuse me sir ... (and was the security person about to ask this person to leave Harbin ... and at "little john's" suggestion even ... ?)

As the WUaS CEO, I just received another TAP The Acceleration Project Curated Coaching invitation from Doreen Hendley in Scarsdale NY, formerly of the SF Bay Area in an Art Institute, and from Ireland before that, and see the PS below ... and just texted my mother, Jane MacLeod in Pennsylvania, Sid Mazumdar in the greater DC area in the US federal government, and Ed Smyth MD in the SF Bay Area, and affiliated with Kaiser Permanente in 8 US states -

Re  “Enhancing Your Web Presence” but with Chase banks in Lake County too and in Contra Costa County, I'm aware that Chase bank  and The Acceleration Project TAP may still be involved in international organized crime, as well as in Pittsburgh PA, where I heard the word 'murder' in the Chase bank in Shadyside, Pgh PA, and where the Chase bank in Wilkinsburg Pgh PA on Penn avenue seemed to be potentially in an organized crime ring with the trader joes and the target store, all on Penn Avenue too ...  and having gotten a 2nd suspicious email from a Chase bank executive office to be opened online (the first one from this it platform in Pgh in asylum I think ... is this a key department or office of Chase international organized crime even? ) ...  And nothing has really come of the past Curated Coaching TAP meetings, ... and having fled for my life back west to the SF Bay Area partly because of this, as well as the murderous run through attempt of me by frederic khayat in April 2023 .... and at an address very close to Penn Avenue, and  the Chase bank Wilkinsburg Pgh PA re a jenifer weber and george nicolai and others (all part of the same international. crime ring?) ... And Doreen Hendley from Ireland  lived in SF studying at the Art Institute /similar and now lives in Scarsdale NY  ... I think waiting for a different invitation from Chase bank ...  and for Chase bank to fund potentially the WUaS Educational Services Stores ... eg to hear  from Chase CEO Jamie Dimon yourself .... )?

I successfully updated the WUaS Corporation password with the California BizFile online and with the state of California FTB a few weeks ago, but haven't been able to file the Statement of Information SI 100 card by April 30, 2025 ... since my Chase credit card is inactive again ... so WUaS is still both 1) a 501 c 3 and 2) a for profit general stock company legal entity in the state of California, both planned in ~200 countries and for speakers of all 7159 known living languages ... with REMARKABLE SYNERGIES between these 2 wings ...
