Ma, Pin, Ed, Greetings from the Valle Vista Staging Area about 2 miles from Canyon and the same distance from Byron and Cindy's house in Moraga. How are you? Just attended an interesting Stanford Law School US Supreme Court Pierce v. 3 Sisters anniversary conference ... Decided to drive by Byron and Cindy's afterward, about 1 hour and a half away ... and potentially to learn if I could move into a newly safe 670A Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 right now ... but they didn't appear to be there, so will likely sleep in INCREDIBLE minivan in EB MUD and head back to Stanford Law School (without a shower) to day 2 of the conference (Woke up about 4:45 am near Harbin, soaked in Yoga meditation ... and then drove into Stanford Law School ... about 3 hours ... car made a record 37.4 Total Avg mpg over about 8000 miles driven ... Cindy I think at the Clear Lake State Park gatehouse (but it might have been her twin sister, Wendy) said to me as I left after taking a shower this afternoon (I took one yesterday evening around 8:30 pm getting into the park just before sunset) ... that this is the 'last weekend' ... and if Clear Lake State Park employees are law enforcement, which CLSP Maintenance person Kevin Maddux said they were (interestingly) what's the network they are talking with that might possibly have a plan which would include me moving WUaS into a newly safe 670 Ridgecrest, Canyon 94516 I wonder ? ... Then to Walmart so he can get some groceries ... "little john" might be out of the pool area ... since he's often been there from around 7 or 8 am ... and possibly re his territorially (animal like even) guarding the upstairs' new 2nd floor changing room ... I played Piobaireachd on my Scottish small pipes yesterday morning, re Harbin too, and in the late afternoon, I met and spoke in the library with Bruce A McHenry (quite a Scottish name too) at some length .. and who has 3 or 4 MIT degrees in mechanical engineering and management too ... and who seems to live in Lake county ... and who studied in Switzerland in the mid 1970s and after speaking some German together, and very little French too ... I learned in English that we probably overlapped in Switzerland, the MacLeod family living in Geneva from 10/1/72-3/31/73 I think, and he studying in high school there then too from 1971-1976 ... It might be interesting to explore if he could become a WUaS Board member or similar ... could he help WUaS hire MIT alum to become faculty for example ? It got up to 91 F today ... and I still haven't used the AC in the incredible 2025 Toyota Sienna Woodland and have gotten the MPG up to 37.7 mpg over about 8800 total miles driven ... am sheltering in the Middletown library in the heat with tomorrow and the next day supposed to become cooler ... Just attended an interesting Stanford Law School US Supreme Court Pierce v. 3 Sisters anniversary conference ... Hi Ma, Pin, Ed ... How are you this Saturday afternoon ? I played Piobaireachd on my Scottish small pipes yesterday morning, re Harbin too, and in the late afternoon, I met and spoke in the library with Bruce A McHenry (quite a Scottish name too) at some length .. and who has 3 or 4 MIT degrees in mechanical engineering and management too ... and who seems to live in Lake county ... and who studied in Switzerland in the mid 1970s and after speaking some German together, and very little French too ... I learned in English that we probably overlapped in Switzerland, the MacLeod family living in Geneva from 10/1/72-3/31/73 I think, and he studying in high school there then too from 1971-1976 ... It might be interesting to explore if he could become a WUaS Board member or similar ... could he help WUaS hire MIT alum to become faculty for example ? Just attended an interesting Stanford Law School US Supreme Court Pierce v. 3 Sisters anniversary conference ... Decided to drive by Byron and Cindy's afterward, about 1 hour and a half away ... and potentially to learn if I could move into a newly safe 670A Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 right now ... but they didn't appear to be there, so will likely sleep in INCREDIBLE minivan in EB MUD and head back to Stanford Law School (without a shower) to day 2 of the conference (Woke up about 4:45 am near Harbin, soaked in Yoga meditation ... and then drove into Stanford Law School ... about 3 hours ... the car made a record 37.4 Total Avg mpg over about 8000 miles driven ... Ma, Ed, Pin, Greetings! How are you this Sunday ? I think I made it into the Snow Mountain Wilderness on a very rough single track gravel road with no signs using Google Maps, and the car's map on the dash screen ... T-Mobile wifi just started again ... Just saw some snow on the next mountain range over (to the South W???) ...And vistas to the East are expensive and enormous and grand (see both pics) ... 'Road' on the dash screen ended ... but 2 motor cyclers just passed so I am heading in further ... Ed, a possible backpacking trip here sometime - like our Desolation Wilderness orienteering backpacking trip (of the late 1990s? - before you married)? Car is awesome - tires, ~ 7/10 inches higher than other Siennas, AWD (but interestingly the heat seems to be on, and I have it set to 60 F too) yet temps are pleasantly cool in mountain wilderness compared with yesterday's too too hot temps in Lake County ... And eg no library there is open today or tomorrow for wifi too ... May key some flowers with wifi and Seek by iNaturalist app ... Happy Mother's Day, Ma! The single track chert road from near here proceeded up toward a very jagged peak ... but driving forward on it , it became too steep and my AWD and tires started to lose a little traction for the first time ... Maybe the 3 motorbikes I passed made it up to the top ... Aldo GMaps didn't create a new blue line forward ... So I backed down a bit and turned around and am heading out the way I came in

Hi Ma, Ed, Pin, How are you? How was your Sunday? ... Am back from Snow Mountain Wilderness in the little town of Stonyford CA with its Town Hall built in 1899! Have a little metallic sound happening inside & underneath the left wheel axle ... with something hanging down - possibly from the tough dirt road up the main mountain ... Almost due for the 5000 Mile Maintenance Required Soon sign to pop up ... To head into Toyota Palo Alto this evening or not is the question ... Hmmm ... Thoughts? Seeking to send out the M 5/12/25 WUaS News & QA soon too . . . Will get to I-5 soon then decide on there or to head to Clear Lake SP area ... Will the metal scraping sound be ok for 2-3 further days without getting worse ? Will suss it out think it through ... I drove back to the Clearlake area near Upper Lake to R Pomo Pumps and got gas ... $3.95/gallon is the lowest price in the county .... got about the same amount of gas heading out around noon ... Ma, Ed, Pin, Greetings! How are you this Sunday ? I think I made it into the Snow Mountain Wilderness on a very rough single track gravel road with no signs using Google Maps, and the car's map on the dash screen ... T-Mobile wifi just started again ... Just saw some snow on the next mountain range over (to the South W???) ...And vistas to the East are expensive and enormous and grand (see both pics) ... 'Road' on the dash screen ended ... but 2 motor cyclers just passed so I am heading in further ... Ed, a possible backpacking trip here sometime - like our Desolation Wilderness orienteering backpacking trip (of the late 1990s? - before you married)? Car is awesome - tires, ~ 7/10 inches higher than other Siennas, AWD (but interestingly the heat seems to be on, and I have it set to 60 F too) yet temps are pleasantly cool in mountain wilderness compared with yesterday's too too hot temps in Lake County ... And eg no library there is open today or tomorrow for wifi too ... May key some flowers with wifi and Seek by iNaturalist app ... Happy Mother's Day, Ma! The single track chert road from near here proceeded up toward a very jagged peak ... but driving forward on it , it became too steep and my AWD and tires started to lose a little traction for the first time ... Maybe the 3 motorbikes I passed made it up to the top ... Aldo GMaps didn't create a new blue line forward ... So I backed down a bit and turned around and am heading out the way I came in

Hi Ma, Ed, Pin, How are you? How was your Sunday? ... Am back from Snow Mountain Wilderness in the little town of Stonyford CA with its Town Hall built in 1899! Have a little metallic sound happening inside & underneath the left wheel axle ... with something hanging down - possibly from the tough dirt road up the main mountain ... Hi Ma, Pin, and Ed! Great to talk just now, Ma! How are you all? I went up to check in at Harbin around 4 - so in the Reception Office, and there's a new sign on one of the computer screens, saying No cash accepted there ... and on Monday, there were some signs on the door saying Reservations required to be on property ... which I noticed in passing ... but was able to check in with a new person paying $55 in cash ... This time and all regarding 'Harbin logic' I waited in line behind 3 Russian women who were checking in ... and I think to check in with Linda Finley, possibly, General Manager ... who had looked at the woman behind the "No cash" computer screen sort of seriously when I said I was paying cash ... So after about 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave instead ... since I didn't want to get turned down ... AND Especially on any kind video surveillance recording system ... and drove out of Harbin, went into Middletown, then to the Trailside Park 1 mile away ... and then a light green Sienna pulled up in front of mine (which car I had seen before near the Rabbit Run Preserve park with a younger woman in it)... and in thinking further about the logic of Harbin ... and where women prostitutes???? may somehow be 'sent' to single men (eg re linda finley ??? & I still haven't heard back about the tire, or the blocked car etc) in the gender logic of Harbin even ... I wondered if this green Sienna woman pulled up her Sienna even like a horse in front of me ... so I left the Trailside park ... Emerald Bay State Park is very very beautiful ...1st time here ... Have you been here Ed? ... Met Corinna from Massachusetts in pasding who said showers here open after Memorial Day, but in Carson City NV an hour away she took a shower for a dollar ... I think I'll head there tomorrow after 945 when it opens ... Corinna's from Brookline Massachusetts heading to Portland Oregon to work as a nurse for 3 months maybe longer ... Hi Ma, Pin, Ed, greetings from east of the Sierra in an area with much geothermal activity and little hot springs in the middle of a kind of scrub desert. How are you? Am curious if my vehicle can take video of places I drive through (and even for adding to Google Street View with time slider + for example, and even for law enforcement, and of license plates of cars driving from the other direction?). Could my Minivan have videoed the drive and road into Buckeye hot springs, including the 2 women walking in bikinis near its parking area, even as a kind of marker in the video for AI searches, as I chose to drive past instead of soaking, then video of the many groups and rvs on the extensive road behind Buckeye springs (including a caterpillar tractor - for what ? Disposing of some criminal activity ?) Highway was closed 15-20 miles south of Bridgeport and Travertine with 3 or 4 police cars on the turn off ... Leading to a lengthy detour ... Turned off this to Drive thru further scrub desert on unpaved road, passed a Deep Wells' springs' turn off 1.5 miles in, drove on instead toward Wild Willy's hot spring (with some water flow as I recall re cleanliness of water) ... I washed my clothes around 6am in NV (it was the day for this) ... As I was getting my clothes together in the back bedroom changing room, someone parked next to me a little creepily, then a cop car followed another car in, with his lights on as if he was giving a ticket ... But maybe this was targeted toward me ... And I simply walked by the cop car with my assembled clothes and did my laundry (am recalling Stanford Zimbardo's social psychology 1972 Prisoner and Guards' experiment here where 20 something yo were giving guard and prisoner clothing and roles and within hours started acting cruelly and submissively ... Great &:visionary talk with people in Crab Cooker hot springs yesterday evening and great to soak too (re a kind of bath even). 4 of the eventual ~10 people in the warm pool were attending the nearby Mammoth film festival ... and were the ones with whom I talked longest ... & most were from the LA area ... Interesting 'openings' due to the warm water, the high snow capped Sierras (where I hiked on the John Muir Trail in 1980) to the west, the mountains to the east, and openness, natural hot springs, and the mountains to the south and north ... What interesting shapes (and colors+) nature creates, always changing too, clouds, and flora, and rivers and water faster than mountains ... (Many couples, and 1 set of 2 male friends, all somehow 'normal' - and with CA hippy leanings, one New Zealander living in LA for 20 years (Scots ancestry possibly?) and re hot spring travellers ... a few were drinking beers. .... Hot springs' alternative culture emerging for a soak (with echoes of Rainbow Gathering somehow) ... Some pictures of 679 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon 94516 sunrises and sunsets, from 2009 the first full year I lived there, mostly without people in them that Google Photo 'Magic Hour,' popped onto my smartphone afterward in minivan (lying flat on my bed I can see the Sierra mountains ... through about 6 windows including the stellar moonroof ... from where I'm parked) ... Just arrived in Middletown from the eastern Sierra, having on the way, fairly close to here, looked for lowest cost gas in Lake County, and found that Uncle Buddy's Pumps here at the Twin Pines Resort and Reservation and Rancheria had it for 3.99 ... with lots of people at the pumps apparently paying by credit card .. Pulled up there ~45 minutes ago, and the cashier's window in bright sun had a sign posted, back at 6:30 pm PT ... Did Haskola, who is interesting, post this? And is Haskola possibly even in the same tribe as Luca Moretti or similar? And did Haskola also help be meet Luca first in the Middletown library, then at the Mike Thompson event in the Twin Pines' Resort, which I completely synchronistically happened upon having met Barbara Christwitz going to the bathroom at the library, just before this event, and just in time too ... And where I not only met Congressman Mike Thompson, but also re-met briefly Rosemary Cordova, wife of former sheriff in the area, and who as a Harbin manager in 2004 gave me rides into MacArthur BART occasionally ... Good morning, Ma, Ed, Pin! How are you? Greetings from near the Middletown library which opens at 10 in just a few minutes. Friendly discernment-wise, headed into Harbin about 6:30 this morning, after sleeping fairly soundly 1 miles away. Checking in for 24 hours was good, and yet again signing in on the tablet the guest form into its database on the web (re I postulate many security and safety protections too) ... Shaved off about 4 days of beard growth, and brushed teeth too (for 2 minutes with an electric toothbrush, flossed, then for another minute with a hand toothbrush ... and wonder if toothpastes are getting better and better these days with fluorides, like in some drinking water too, to prevent caries etc ... teeth are doing alright) right at the beginning Soaking Yoga meditation in full lotus and long soaking (do I remember every face I saw in the warm pool since 1993 or 94??? does anyone? some? ... soaking in the warm pool is a fascinating consciousness reality I posit) ... Energy (consciousness?) in the pool area was good / great ...how does Harbin Heart Consciousness Church do this? After around 1 /12 'little john' walks up the path by the warm pool ... I was pretty released from warm water and meditating ... did he look chagrined ... like he had become aware somehow - through seeing a Harbin therapist?, talking with Scylla? seeing a Harbin state of CA board-certified MD psychiatrist for evaluation etc. - of his possible psychopathic psychodynamic symbolizing? Pin, Ed, Ma, How are you ? Equipment is holding up, everything for computing technologies to electric toothbrush to relatively new vehicle ... Greetings from the Middletown public library, Ma, Ed, Pin, (AI readers too) ... after a good soaking Yoga meditation in full lotus asana, both sides, in the Harbin Hot Springs' warm pool this morning. The little Brewer's blackbird (Euphagus cyanocephalus) dive-bombed my head again right around the front steps of the warm pool ... Harbin's air force?:) ... it's a bit startling ... but I've gotten somewhat used to it ... Good to connect with hippies Jon Strieter and Heather Dance Yogi Christensen a bit in the pool area too ... (the ankle-grabbers were reaching out of the warm pool at Jon's legs as he passed by spritzing the walk ways above the warm pool ... but missing) ... and Heather was in the warm pool when Yoga meditating, and we said hi in the hot pool room too ... And Jon and I talked a bit about blackbird's dive bombing people, and I observed that the Brewer's Blackbirds are sexually dimorphic, with the females a dark brown ... and joked with him about Harbin's airforce ... the air space for these birds dive bomb operations - a meme? replicating cultural unit? - being right above in front of the warm pool ... As I think further, could 'little john' be in the CA Guard and even in its CA Guard air force if there is one ... and could he be posturing too in these regards as a 'wedgie' skinhead, shaving his head in the mornings, and with a white towel ??? And was he trying to connect with me, showering in the warm pool adjacent shower I often head to after soaking ... and smiling his funny grin ...(with echoes genetically of Dorota Ploch's smile, a kind of past girlfriend I met at City College of SF, - and with whom I reenacted on Twin Peaks in SF MacBeth Sc V Act V with Swiss friend Marc Dupuis in 1999, and who is/was from Poland, lived/ lives in Betty Edward's great (extra) house in SF, with her mother, and who was all but a lawyer in Poland before immigrating to the US) ...
