Good morning, and how are you? Am writing with some further thoughts and questions about meditation and genetics. 

Meditation is a boon in the morning, first thing upon rising - and re worries too, but genetics and having a family continues to call. Good to talk Ma just now - and looking forward to seeing you on Sunday afternoon for a walk! A mother-son (genetic) walk on Easter Sunday ... 

Saw a policeman, an African American, in uniform on duty for the first time ever WALKING on Walnut Street in Shadyside this evening (across from the possible flagship WUaS bookstore, as I walked back from the Pittsburgh Friends Quaker Meetinghouse and the 1st UU Church of Pittsburgh to Mellon Park where Dad's GKM MD In Loving Memory bench is (and where I had parked vehicle, and on this 4-5 times a week Meditation walk to Meeting and Church, sometimes a Protest walk too).

Was glad Officer Alphonso Evans, also an African American policeman, came to take the police report, on his body camera, when I called 911 a few weeks ago at 5816 CallowHill St Pgh 15206  - and to report illegal entries and 7-8 + arson events. Maybe he also helped focus the possible 2-plus surveillance cameras inside my place too re security and police control of such possible motion-activated video recordings (rather than criminal??? Lobos Management Bryant St rentals for ex. but who knows) and glad I called the police twice at my previous address 210 East End avenue 15221 (re deaths there, and murderous run thru attempt of me) and that they came those 2 times, and 2 times further. Good to see African Americans on the police force in Pgh re social justice questions and Pgh developments in these regards too.

I think ongoing calls for MIT OCW-centric wiki World Univ & Sch abolition are having positive effects both as I walk and where I live and similar - and for WUaS's growth too in seeking to protect people, potentially worldwide, but I still don't have a reinstated Chase credit card ... as perhaps a US federal investigation unfolds into Chase bank Wilkinsburg + ...   And the flagship WUaS bookstore in Shadyside still doesn't have any loans that I know of for example either ...

Sadly, there was a murderous run through attempt of me last spring at 210 East End avenue, 15221 by a possible psychopathic Swiss or Lebanese soldier??? frederic khayat, receiving Social Security administration assistance, I think, I recall seeing envelopes regarding. 

And there have been 7-8 construable as arson attempts here at 5816 Callowhill street 7 Pgh PA 15206 since I moved in on 11/9/24 ...and having called the Pgh police to make an official report with officer Alphonso Evans ... and re a possible very unwell arsonist? murderer too with a Heater or gun per your email early on? maintenance person?, occasional occupant  of Apt 5 next door???

 ... and a t.j. grocery store told me my very reliable Chase credit card of decades told me on W 2/28/24 "Your account is closed ..." Crazily ... which I continue to seek to get reinstated as a possible US federal investigation with an internal Chase investigation too develops ... having filed an official complaint on a Chase recorded line and written to Senator Warren and JP Morgan Chase bank CEO Jamie Dimon about this.
