Some breakthrough news:
The WUaS Corporation received and paid its very first tax bill, for 2018, 2019 and 2020, having incorporated as a for profit general stock company in California in 2017. Therein lies an opportunity for you. In these regards, WUaS is glad that chair of the WUaS Boards, and CFO, Larry Viehland is newly thinking of the WUaS Corporation as a good investment, and by mailing in $1,500 dollars to the WUaS Corporation (see the WUaS Corp Financial Report with the 11/20/21 WUaS Agenda and News), in exchange for 150 shares on a certificate, to the WUaS Corp (World Univ & Sch), PO Box 442, Canyon, CA, 94516. While it will be a while before WUaS can start to carry, for example, Toyota Research Institute robots as university teachers or for students learning machine learning from home, for a new kind of Socratic Dialogue, WUaS is excited about the prospects for personal robots - and for all 7.8 billion people. So, what to do about returning goods to these 3rd party students' resellers, for example (Walmart example? I recently returned a fleece pullover, had by accident thrown out the envelope in which I had received the product from Walmart via online ordering, and when I went into a local store to return it, I had to purchase an envelope, and then the returns' desk was able to print the label to return the product to a 3rd party seller / reseller through Walmart Marketplace, and take the product back, and refund my money to a credit card, and send me a number of emails about this too. Distributed or decentralized architectures of the internet complicate these questions.

There was no further follow up correspondence from the CA FTB after payment, and visiting the CA senator state representative of District 7 and about 3 duplicate tax bills, in one way or another - from CA FTB representative Robert Morgan, with whom it was very helpful to speak a few weeks ago (since first incorporating in 2017).
