How best to add into a realistic virtual earth all the springs and rivers in the world, and their underground movements as well? (It's too much for just remote sensing, and machine learning and artificial intelligence, we'll have to add ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy, so scientists, social scientists and ethnographers (and artists too) can all add their resources). How best to model in a realistic virtual earth at the cellular and atomic levels too, for example, the geothermal waters that bubble up through the ground and feed the Harbin Hot Springs' warm pool?

Hippies and Flower Children in Berlin in the 1960s?, How best to add video of this to an interactive realistic virtual earth, ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy-wise?
*
Did a couple of searches for "hippies in german film in the 1960s and 1970s" ...
I lived in Munich for 13 months just about 10 years after this video from 1969/70.
* (Radical hippies are interesting, and German hippies in '60s and '70s especially so to me, - people I'd like to meet, think about and even kind of study anthropologically and ethnographically. It would also be interesting to historicize Harbin Hot Springs since the 1960s, where my actual-virtual ethnographic book begins in a sense with 1972 when its founder Ishvara buying the Harbin property in 1972, but my book is an anthropology with a virtual world focus, and not a history).
*
In an interactive realistic virtual earth, where one can convert film of hippies into 3D interactivity, for example - then patch it all together (leaving space to add more film-to-3D) - and re-live this realistically and with language (and in any language) and conversation, talking with these avatar bots ... will transform the discipline of history.
I guess I knew that folklorist Hamish Henderson was a Quaker in 2003-2004, when I was studying at the University of Edinburgh, and somewhat active in the Quaker Meeting on Victoria Terrace, near George IV Bridge, and even living in lodgings I found through friends in the Quaker Meeting, but am reminded again now.

And although I lived in Kimmerghame House at Fettes College in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1976-77, and find this “Modern Languages Coffee Concert” fun and a great way to learn languages, by singing them, I doth protest at all the students in army uniforms (even though, in playing in the Bagpipe band there at the time, I got to be in the NCO Cadre and parade around on Wednesday afternoons, in preparation for marching in this band).

Just came across this Scottish Country Dance called "Hamish Henderson's Refusal" ... and wonder how it got it's name, and am speculating that it relates to some sort of conscientious objection
MIT's President Rafael Reif, with his Stanford Ph.D., could possibly have gotten a letter or recommendation or similar from John Hennessy (and Steve Denning), as Stanford's recent heads. Both Hennessy and Denning have been around Stanford since around 1977 for example, so would have overlapped with Reif.
Writing John Hennessy here yesterday was potentially a good idea, I think - and great to have met him in person in the Old Student Union at Stanford the other day - and shaken his hand. (I'm reminded here of the Piobaireachd piece called "I Got A Kiss Of The King's Hand" even though John is no longer President of Stanford ... but is now chairman of Alphabet, which is Google's parent company). WUaS's growth has been so slow for 10 years now ... hope to help raise the standard of living in all ~200 countries and for people in all 7,099 languages, with equality and social justice in the back of my mind ... even with this anthropological big-man WWW interpretation here, of social processes, and the growth of online universities and schools.
Maybe Google's, Alphabet's and Stanford's (and MIT's and Yale's and University of California's) infrastructure will open for WUaS - and in all ~200 countries' official languages for degrees and economic development.
Haven't heard back from MIT yet. Don't know if Nelson Graburn knows John Hennessy but it wouldn't surprise me if they've met - and share in the same discourse, between two of the highest achieving universities in California, such distributed enterprises that they are - as professors and heads too ...
Have to get out the agenda for World Univ & Sch's monthly business meeting ... tomorrow morning.
How are you?

February 8, 2018
Dear Steve and John,
Thank you for inviting me to send you some materials about World University and School (and by extension the newly emergent, parallel, forked WUaS Corporation). Thanks also for your far-reaching sharing yesterday at - http://events.stanford.edu/events/736/73663/. And it was great to meet you in person, John, as well. (I'm in awe of your vision for Stanford, John, and what you accomplished in your 16 years as President at Stanford - and both of you it would seem, with you Steve as chair of the Stanford Board from 2004-2017). I'm writing to follow up about my inquiry to you, Steve, - whether you both might have interest in becoming co-chairs of the WUaS Corporation, a startup general stock company planned in ~200 countries' official / main languages (and indeed in all 7,099 living languages as academic markets). I think you'd make extraordinary co-chairs of the WUaS Corporation Board - https://news.stanford.edu/news/2012/february/denning-chair-trustees-021412.html and https://web.stanford.edu/~hennessy/.
WorldUniversity and Schoolis like CC Wikipedia (in its 299 languages) with CC-4 MITOCW (in its 5 languages) and Yale OYC.
WUaS Corporation plans to generate 11.5% annual returns (and also plans to parallel the long term average of the S&P 500) in perpetuity (100 years+ if possible), around these 10 planned for profit revenue streams - http://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2017/06/wuas-corporations-10-planned-for-profit.html (out of 14 total for World University and School) - in each of all ~200 countries and in all 7,099 living languages, each an academic market. While the WUaS Corporation is a separate legal entity with a separate Board and Officers, these are all educational services in support of wiki CC MIT OCW-centric and CC Yale OYC-centric World University and School - http://worlduniversityandschool.org - which has a several trillion dollars’ endowment goal. (WUaS Corporation Business Plan in GDoc is here - https://docs.google.com/document/d/12GqcLW_PrcCCQpwNKDF8AqNwtWxYMNUG1h-TfnpbPXw/edit?usp=sharing). As a newly incorporated for-profit, the startup WUaS Corporation will be able to offeronlyshares to Board members.
I hope much of World University and School, as a STEM field site in all 7,099 languages, for example, will emerge in a realistic virtual earth/universe at the street view, cellular and atomic levels (emerging from my virtual Harbin Hot Springs' ethnographic project - https://twitter.com/HarbinBook - where you can "walk" down the road from the Harbin gate 4 miles to Middletown, for example) - and for materials' science design, and a multitude of other STEM projects as well. (Think Google Street View w time slider/Maps/Earth/Brain & at the cellular & atomic levels with Minecraft/SL/OpenSimulator too e.g. https://twitter.com/sgkmacleod /status/955218421267841024).
As a business thinker, Steve, and recent Chairman of the Stanford University Board, how would you further focus the above business plan, and to bring WUaS public? This is a real opportunity for Stanford itself, since A) World University and School is a 501(c)3 and the B) WUaS is a general stock company, both planned in all ~200 nation states' official languages - and with online law and medical schools with online teaching hospitals planned (for robotic tele surgery, for example), and in all living languages.
Stanford Professor of Medicine Diana Do MD is the lead WUaS Corp board member, and our one other Board member, Kyle Wagner, is in Hong Kong setting up a school there.
World University and School's Chair and CFO is Larry Viehland, who went to MIT in chemistry as an undergraduate (as did his wife, Kim), and Larry has a Ph.D. in chemistry from Wisconsin.
I've applied for a MITMediaLabfacultyposition, so as partly to be able to grow World University and School out of MIT itself, as well as Stanford, and the University of California - at least by hiring graduate students from these schools who are learning to become online faculty members.
I hope World University and School will become the MIT / Harvard / Stanford / Oxbridge of the Internet - in each of all ~200 countries' official / main languages - and develop with the information technology revolution 1,000 years+ into the future + (like Cambridge and Oxford are old, and also highest achieving).
John: while Steve invited me to share some materials with him, and suggested I ask Jane Shaw for his email address, Jane Shaw said she doesn't share such email addresses, so I wonder if you would be willing please to share this email with him? Thank you.
- CC World University and School - like CC Wikipedia with best STEM-centric CC OpenCourseWare - incorporated as a nonprofit university and school in California, and is a U.S. 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt educational organization.

In this talk, "Harbin & Avatar Bots: Robotics & Tourism," I suggest that Harbin emerges from Stan Dale, founder of HAI, talking about sex on the radio in the ‘60s in SF. I then contextualize this within the themes of my two new Harbin books: "Naked Harbin Ethnography: Hippies, Warm Pools, Counterculture, Clothing-Optionality & Virtual Harbin" and "Haiku~ish and Other Loving Hippy Harbin Poetry." I then explore some of the implications for Tourism Studies & Actual / Virtual Harbin within readings of modernity, post-modernity, advertising discourse and the information technology age, now with early robotics and A.I., and with regard to virtual tourism. I next examine the significance of a new Harbin Avatar Bot: Harbiniana, a physical/virtual Bot, who does Watsu, and is an anthropologist interested in counterculture:
"I am Harbiniana, a new physical/virtual Robot. I can give & receive Watsu well - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Watsu_-_water_shiatsu … - & make music quite well technically too. How would you teach me in this early phase of A.I. / Robotics? I'm also interested in human cultures/counterculture? Please let me know virtually first"
I then examine implications of the above for tourists, both actual and virtual, human and robotic, in the information technology age. Lastly I lay out next steps for my long-term Harbin Hot Springs' project, and the creation of a realistic virtual Harbin for actual-virtual ethnographic comparison, and ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy.

ACTUAL-VIRTUAL HARBIN HOT SPRINGS AND TOURISM: "Naked Harbin Ethnography"
Scott MacLeod
Founder, World University and School
Friday, May 5, 5:00pm
Gifford Room, 221 Kroeber Hall
University of California, Berkeley
Abstract:
In this talk I present an ethnographic interpretation of my new book "Naked Harbin Ethnography: Hippies, Warm Pools, Counterculture, Clothing-Optionality and Virtual Harbin," chapter by chapter, as tourism to both actual and virtual Harbin Hot Springs - in terms of contemporary theories in tourism studies (http://bit.ly/HarbinBook & https://twitter.com/HarbinBook ). In this interpretation, a) on the ground "tourism," informed by a movement of "hippies to the hot springs" to actual Harbin from the 1960s to the present, is complemented by b) online tourism to virtual Harbin as a new methodology I'm calling ethno-wiki-virtual-world- graphy, where digital group making, virtual world building and ethnographic wiki knowledge generation, and related STEM research, are central and generative to a new form of tourism studies' digital representation. Harbin is re-building from the devastating Valley fire of September 2015, and this talk will further examine how a new research group at World University and School - http://www.scottmacleod.com/ research-group.html - will seek to understand Harbin when it re-opens - by October 4, 2017. (Founder, World University and School)

Abstract:
In this paper, I characterize Ethno-Wiki-Virtual-World-Graphy as a new digital methodology for tourism studies, science & the social Sciences in relation to my upcoming Harbin Hot Springs Actual/Virtual Ethnography: "Naked Harbin: Hippies, Warm Pools, Counterculture & Clothing-Optional, Virtual Harbin." I further examine the significance of this in relation to my tourism studies' paper from 2001 "Gazing at the Box: Tourism in the Context of the Internet and Globalization (Internetity)" in terms of modernity, post-modernity, advertising discourse and Internetity (the information age). I then suggest ways in which a film-realistic, interactive, 3D and group-buildable virtual Harbin / virtual earth / virtual universe in something like in Google Streetview/Maps/Earth with OpenSim/Second Life will and can be used in both science and social science for research. I'll conclude with ways brainwave headsets and similar will be incorporated for research with this. Emerging from the University of Toronto Press's publishing of Marshall McLuhan's "The Gutenberg Galaxy" in 1962, as well as UC Berkeley Professor Manuel Castell's book "The Internet Galaxy" (Oxford 2001) which comes into conversation with McLuhan's book, I suggest here that a virtual Harbin / virtual earth / virtual universe in Google Streetview/Maps/Earth with OpenSim/Second Life, as wiki and for STEM research, especially ethnography too, which is explicitly explored in my actual/virtual Harbin anthropological book, will lead beyond McLuhan and Castell's thinking to a new film-realistic 3D interactive build-able wiki-informed virtual earth galaxy.

Methodologies for Ethnographically Studying Virtual Place: Virtual Harbin
Scott MacLeod will present, Naked, Virtual Harbin: An Anthropology of Erotisme and the Touristic Imaginaire
Friday, November 2, 5:00 PM
Gifford Room, 221 Kroeber Hall
University of California, Berkeley
Abstract:
In this paper I present an ethnographic interpretation of Harbin Hot Springs in terms of the virtual, as well as the erotic, in the context of the information age, and in terms of an actual place. Harbin Hot Springs is a clothing-optional, New Age community and hot springs’ retreat center in northern California, which began in 1972 in its present form, and is my actual / virtual, ethnographic, field site, about which I’m writing a book, probably to be published next year, tentatively entitled something like "Naked Harbin: Hippies, Warm Pools, Counterculture & Clothing-Optional, Virtual Harbin." In this talk, I come into conversation with two approaches in tourism studies to examining the virtual, and the implications of the internet for this field, - both Dean MacCannell’s analysis in his paper “Virtual Reality’s Place”, as well as my own in a paper I wrote in Nelson Graburn’s class in 2001, entitled “Gazing at the Box: Tourism in the Context of the Internet and Globalization (Internetity).” In my talk here, virtuality primarily refers to something “not physically existing, but created by software to appear to do so,” and thus refers to forms of representation, both symbolic as well as what occurs in people’s bodyminds, thus in our imaginations, in this interpretation. By contrasting the actual with the virtual, through proposing the making of a virtual Harbin in a virtual world, as ethnographic field site for comparison with the actual, I suggest that we can engage participant observation as field method / pool play, in a novel and emergent approach in anthropology. By contrasting the term ‘Techne,’ - roughly as 'making things with technologies,' - which centrally informs Tom Boellstorff’s argument in his “Coming of Age in Second Life: An Anthropologist Explores the Virtually Human” (Princeton 2008) with the term 'information' which is central to my concept of the virtual in my upcoming, “Naked Harbin” book, I privilege Harbin’s warm pool-informed milieu as generative of Harbin’s alternative- or counter-culture, and a kind of virtuality. The polysemic concept ‘culture,’ here as milieu / fluid code, is central to my interpretation of Harbin; Harbin's counterculture is a novel expression of the virtual at actual, on-the-ground Harbin. My thesis in this talk, ethnographically informed via field work which I’m exploring anew in terms of pool play vis-a-vis the significant, Harbin, warm pool, is that the serene, Harbin Hot Springs’ warm pool along with the clothing-optional pool area, as a whole, there, in particular, give rise to the relaxation response / meditation, plenty of naked cuddling over decades, a 1960’s informed, alternative milieu influencing sociality, a kind of biological harmony, communitas and oneness, - all of which are an unique-to-Harbin, virtual experience, and which can be ethnographically examined in a virtual world Harbin in numerous unfolding ways. Residents and visitors to Harbin, each as kinds of tourists, and significantly hippy-informed, engage this Harbin experience, where the erotic permeates the pool area especially, and visitors greatly enjoy / revel in this imaginaire or milieu.

Am curious how soon we'll be able to ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy our own tours (video narratives of a place we're visiting) into Google Street View with TIME SLIDER - or a docent's in Italy (in English or Italian), or an historian's description of a map of Venice, for example from the 1400s, and have this become animated interactively - either realistically (based on evidence - eg this building was standing then, the people were this tall, and wore these clothes, and talked/wrote in this manner) or fantastically ... as in this is what I think they lived like, or I'd like to tell a story with these 3D tools (e.g. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings) ... and also so I as a scholar could access some of these ethno-wiki-virtual-world-graphy for research. (If Harbin films from the 1970s exist, could we convert these into 3D interactive virtual worlds, and interact with folks then, the film-into-interactivity being an example or what I'd like to access for research). ... Both Venice and Harbin have some ... "THEY DID WHAT? ... and sexually too I think, for example (and hippies can be, are and were so interesting) ... in their histories ... which can make them really interesting to think about ... and even more so, conceptually, in an interactive 3D realistic virtual world with time slider).
I hope to be teaching at the MIT Media Lab this autumn (http://worlduniversityandschool.org/InfoTechNetworkSocGlobalUniv.html) and re World University and School planned in each of ~200 countries' official languages as major online universities, and in all 7,099 living languages as wiki schools for open teaching and learning; and also re developing a realistic interactive virtual Harbin/earth/universe re my two Harbin books. (Think Google Street View w time slider/Maps/Earth & at the cellular & atomic levels with Minecraft/SL/OpenSimulator too e.g. https://twitter.com/sgkmacleod/status/955218421267841024). Visit the Harbin Hot Springs' gate, for example, here, in Google Street View ~ http://tinyurl.com/p62rpcg (accessible from here: https://twitter.com/HarbinBook?lang=en) ~ and "walk" down the road 4 miles to Middletown, CA, where you can "amble" around the streets there, to get an early view of where this might be heading. Big projects re the Media Lab 😊 and I would be heading a group there.
Would then head back to the Bay Area for my Harbin project and MIT WUaS developments (with Stanford Medicine and Law too? ) out here for 7 months in January 2019, then back to Cambridge in autumn 2019.
Harbin again in Spring 2019 - and possibly with a class of students? :)
If I get the tenure track position, I hope we can meet up in the Boston area, Stephanie!
He's one of the founders of the Semantic Web - http://korrekt.org/ - I think and is now the main structured knowledge database heads at Wikidata/Wikibase, which is Wikipedia's "back end" in 299 languages. His Semantic Web papers could be very helpful here- https://iccl.inf.tu-dresden.de/web/Wissensbasierte_Systeme/en - and as a Professor of this in Dresden, his team is growing. He's "lead of the Wikidata data model specification and research group leader at Technische Universität Dresden, Dresden, Germany" (https://cacm.acm.org/magazines/2014/10/178785-wikidata/fulltext).
While World University and School is like Wikipedia in 299 languages plus CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare in 5 languages, we seek to develop in all 7,099 living languages, nation state by state - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Nation_States - each a major online university in the countries' language. The linguistic A.I. that emerges from this will be significant to your work, Mark, I think. We donated ourselves to Wikidata for co-development in 2015, and are also in Google Education, and are very Google-ecosystem centric e.g. re TensorFlow and Google Translate (GNMT), conceptually.
Here's the Semantic_Web wiki subject page for open teaching and learning - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Semantic_Web (planned in all countries' official/main languages) - before it moves into our new Miraheze Mediawiki wiki - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/World_University
- with Wikidata/Wikibase structured knowledge database (of which Markus
Kroetzasch is the lead) as our "backend." So main ideas of the Semantic
Web will probably be built in here to Wikidata's "ontology." There's at
least one MIT OpenCourseWare course here, for example, with an
invitation to add further courses or resources, and make this Semantic
Web wiki "school" grow - and develop a generative conversation. The MIT
OCW courses and their like will eventually be offered for credit for
free, CC-4 OCW-centric online university degrees (Bachelor, Ph.D., Law,
MD and I.B. high school) ... and in each of all ~200 countries' official
languages - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Nation_States .
Jennifer Adam (jennifer.adam@swisscom.com) vertritt mich als Teamleitung und kann bei allen anderen Themen weiterhelfen.
Having met Penny, Lea and Andrea at their Stanford presentation recently, and received an email from Penny (below), I'm writing to ask if you could please begin to set up major online universities in each of their following languages, and a wiki school in Romansh, beginning with the following:
Online CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare-centric universities:
And these Swiss universities and schools would become templates and the basis for major universities in each of all ~200 countries' main/official languages, and for wiki schools in each of all 7,099 living languages (per Ethnologue - https://www.ethnologue.com ; see too Glottolog's 8475 entries in languages - http://glottolog.org/glottolog/language and the in-between number from the ISO 639 with local ranges).
Lea, might you able be able please to become the project manager for an Universal Translator which might emerge from both Google Translate GNMT with Wikimedia Content Translation - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/WUaS_Universal_Translator - and eventually for machine translation and publishing?
Andrea, might you please be able to help develop Italia WUaS in Italian, and a World University and School realistic virtual earth / universe for A) as field sites for STEM research/computer modeling, B) as classrooms, as C) nation states' incubators for startups, and as D) links from our Google Information Boxes on the 1) non-profit side to our related planned revenue streams, and 2) links on the WUaS Co for-profit side planned in ~200 countries' official languages directly to each stock market in all ~200 countries' languages (think ~200 countries of the Olympics) perhaps via a Cryptocurrency, plus many other foci? I can share with you the planned revenue streams in these regards when interested. (Think Google Street View with time slider/Maps/Earth & at the cellular & atomic levels with Minecraft/SL/OpenSimulator + too e.g. https://twitter.com/sgkmacleod/status/955218421267841024).
Alain, might you please be able to develop France WUaS in French, as well as Swiss WUaS in French?
Cyril, WUaS is interested in building in each of all of the SwissCom foci (see below) - https://www.swisscom.ch/en/business/start-up/collaboration/co-creation.html - but in quite specific ways, and with a developing cryptocurrency with blockchain ledger potentially with an universal basic income for all 7.5 billion people, partly as a way to spread a new international cryptocurrency, like the Euro comes after the Swiss franc.
I hope to be teaching at the MIT Media Lab this autumn (http://worlduniversityandschool.org/InfoTechNetworkSocGlobalUniv.html) and re World University and School planned in each of ~200 countries' official languages as major online universities, and in all 7,099 living languages as wiki schools for open teaching and learning; and also re developing a realistic interactive virtual Harbin/earth/universe re my two Harbin HOT SPRINGS books. Visit the Harbin Hot Springs' gate, for example, here, in Google Street View ~ http://tinyurl.com/p62rpcg (accessible from here: https://twitter.com/HarbinBook?lang=en) ~ and "walk" down the road 4 miles to Middletown, CA, where you can "amble" around the streets there, to get an early view of where this might be heading - big projects re the Media Lab too, and I would be heading a group there. I would then head back to the SF Bay Area for my Harbin project and MIT WUaS developments (with Stanford Medicine and Law too? ) out here for 7 months in January 2019, then back to Cambridge in autumn 2019.
I post much in these blogs with important related information / planning for all of this - http://scott-macleod.blogspot.com/2018/02/outer-banks-teaching-at-mit-media-lab.html (https://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/) - including this email today.
Thank you, - this is an enormous co-creative WWW and knowledge development growth opportunity in innumerable ways. Thanks again for your great Stanford Swiss presentation, and very nice to meet you!
Nice talking with you recently at the Stanford Swiss event - "Switzerland : Growing National Startup Ecosystems via Corporates & Universities" ... http://events.stanford.edu/events/751/75189/. Thanks for your excellent presentation panel as well. Great to talk with Mitch and "meet" your children, Andrea, as well.
In terms of your talk, and in developing online startup MIT OCW wiki universities and schools in all languages, World University and School's motherlode / gold mine is CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare in 5 languages - https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/translated-courses/ - and WUaS seeks to create major online Universities in each of all ~200 countries' official languages from this, offering online Bachelor, Ph.D., Law, and MD, as well as IB high school degrees, free to students (due to CC-4 licensing). So in what ways could WUaS further best facilitate "Growing National Startup Ecosystems via Corporates & Universities" in each of these countries' official/main languages online, based on your thinking?
Andrea's parking project with unfolding data machine learning and AI resources would emerge here, too, in terms of place.
And this realistic virtual earth planned at the cellular and atomic levels for bioengineering, for example, with all species, could facilitate further experimentation such as what emerges with Ava, Lea.
Thank you for the wonderful Alphorn music too, Monika. WUaS is planning an online music school for all instruments in all languages - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/World_University_Music_School (which is moving into our new Miraheze Mediawiki with Wikidata/Wikibase's structured knowledge database as a "back end") - each a wiki subject page to begin for open teaching and learning. Music-making and lessons would happen in group video (as this moves to real, real time) and later in a realistic virtual earth
In conjunction with https://epfl.ch/, how might we best explore further something like "Nation State : Growing National Startup Ecosystems via Corporates & Universities" together?
- CC World University and School - like CC Wikipedia with best STEM-centric CC OpenCourseWare - incorporated as a nonprofit university and school in California, and is a U.S. 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt educational organization.

Guten Tag
Ich bin bis März 2018 im Mutterschaftsurlaub. :-)
Deshalb bitte ich dich/Sie, mit folgenden Personen Kontakt aufzunehmen:
On Valentine's Day, John Lewis added some new developers to our Phabricator page here - https://phabricator.miraheze.org/T2276 - "Develop SUBJECT TEMPLATE re WUaS Miraheze Mediawiki" . Phabricator is for work flow organization.
In seeking to plan for 7.5 learners / Universitians, in all 7,099 living languages at this early stage, there are implications for both wings of WUaS: A) World University and School and B) WUaS Corp.
Seeking to get you some shares for our WUaS Corp Board meeting on 2/14 in your office at Stanford Medicine recently, Diana. (Hoping this process will become automated too).
And because I couldn't create a "Regions" wiki subject page in WUaS Mediawiki, I created one the old way here - http://worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/Regions - copying and pasting the WUaS Wikia SUBJECT_TEMPLATE . I then added a reference to a Stanford talk about Flanders, to give you an idea of how wiki WUaS works.
The WUaS Miraheze Mediawiki SUBJECT_TEMPLATE will, however, connect with Wikidata/Wikibase. How best to do this, and anticipating all 299 of Wikipedia's languages? (Translation of the sections will be part of this, but I'm not sure which section headings will get a Q-item, for example). And how best, at this stage, to plan for 7.5 billion endusers / learners / Universitians, and in each of all 7,099 living languages - via the SUBJECT TEMPLATE with Wikidata/Wikibase?
Any chance I could please begin adding new wiki Subject pages, like the Regions' page, newly in WUAS Miraheze Mediawiki WITH Wikidata / Wikibase - as well as already registered / matriculated students at World University and School (for free CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare-centric online degrees)?
Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Scott_WUaS ( worlduniversityandschool.org is where this will all link from, in English )
