AI and ML could help tremendously, and potentially reimbursement from Departments of Education in all 200 countries to Fettes and CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki WUaS (where Creative Commons' licensing for CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare in ~7 languages presently, says 3 things - 1) anyone can share MIT OCW freely, 2) anyone can adapt it, eg with AI and ML, but 3) non-commercially) ... so these IB diplomas would be free to students' and accessible online from home, thus potentially helping possibly millions of students and all 200 countries worldwide.
How best to proceed further, do you think? Who might be a Fettes College Coordinator for, or Director of, this (e.g. re OFAs' Karen Jones' and George Preston's thinking and possible appointment) - and even regarding the Scottish Parliament?
