Am wondering how Yoga might help my mother Jane, who is 91, & cousins' Alden, and Annie, and all, and to live freely in a fit body mind until say 2050+, when 1st possible extreme genetics' therapies might emerge FDA approved, per I think George Church in a video interview I recall, but possibly as soon as an estimated 2036 per George's comment to me at Harvard ARDD 2026. Calorie restriction is one proven way to extend life in humans, I have read, and as much as 10-15% (with good nutrition), but not beyond the 122 years of age level (which Jeanne Calment lived to) I think. Thank you very much for remembering me and extending such a lovely birthday greeting! It is wonderful to hear from you! It is also good to hear that you remember my dad so fondly. He started us both on the Quaker path, and I still attend MFW with my students and am a member at Chestnut Hill Meeting. I, also, appreciate the meditative silence of Quaker Meeting and find it restorative and insightful. We can both thank Bruce for that! I recall attending MFW at Abington for outside worship and really liked simply sitting next to my dad in peaceful surroundings.
