Spiro: Growing a Cornucopia of Teachers at World Univ & Sch, Web cam teaching, Translation from Youtube into any Language?

How might World University & School give birth to a cornucopia of teachers, teaching, learning and engagement with ideas?

Web cam teaching: worlduniversity.wikia.com/wiki/World_University for emergent One Laptop Per Child languages to Web?

Each language becomes an open teaching and learning wiki, and as languages come online, this will be especially helpful, I think.

How to grow community? And community as engaged, intelligent and interested in ideas as, for example, at Stanford University?

The web makes this possible ...

Vis-a-vis Google Wave, developing database information technologies like Semantic Wiki, and Google Translator together, I'd love to be able to hear what a Japanese lecturer on haiku says about haiku, and then converse directly with him. In what ways will Google Wave help develop translation technologies, and improve this possibility for all?
