Greetings, and thanks for letting me know that the ticket I got from California Highway Patrol Officer Everett on May 2, 2026 was received and processed; I took the opportunity to report the 4 death threats at the time to me from tesla / TwitterX and since then there's been one further death threat including a potential death attempt with a gunshot to my vehicle, the latter two both involving gunshots up on Skyline drive, and as I and free World University and School, building on MIT OCW in 7 languages, continue to grow a worldwide abolition movement to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs, violence, military targeting industries internationally, and their latent networks of violence, so to knock back the possible attempts to institutionalize even international organized crime in the SF East Bay. 

I posit that with this ticket, which may lead the way to moving forward fully further into 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 I newly got California Highway Patrol protection, and having sought US federal protection for my mother, my brother and his family, both on the eastern seaboard, adn myself many many months ago.

And I and the WUaS Academic Medical Center continue to seek to move further fully into a newly safe vacant with property deed 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 (where I lived for 13 years, until moving into a safe house in El Cerrito, and then fleeing for my life to the eastern seaboard I would say).

Just drove by the spot on Skyline drive where the gunshot hit my car where my head would have been as I sat upright from Yoga meditation from Yoga mudrasana head to floor ... and saw a car parked across the road, and about 15 yards north of the gunshot to car location, and I wondered, OPD Officer B. Pyle + about your saying to me on Thursday May 21, 2026 when I made the official police report something like "I wouldn't vanc amp there again" ... whether even the Oakland Police Department could be working in cahoots with international organized crime re tesla / spaceX (re nearby chabot space and science center) and in cahoots further with US uniformed armed services re the US space agency, and re the first 3 "We Will Kill You" death threats via TwitterX which seem to be escalating - and as I seek to do everything I can to stay alive ... with spaceX apparently doing a initial public offering as they seem to be seeking to institutionalizing international organized crime and even regarding connecting this gunshot IPO and organized crime to a stock market tragically - and in the sf bay area and up on Skyline drive even (and re the 4th death threat also on Skyline drive re the 'u i kill' on a pole turnout and the tesla that shown its lights on me and it and my vehicle and then drove away laughing evilly ... and then about a minute later I heard 3 shots).

As WUaS continues to grow a worldwide abolition movement to protect people, am thinking about van-camping legally too in the spot across the road from where the gunshot hit me one of these upcoming nights, and am wondering if further how both US federal and state of California protection for me and my vehicle on skyline would work here ... Officer B. Pyle? Senator Alex Padilla? 

Or would it just be simpler for me and the WUaS Academic Medical Center to move forward into a newly safe vacant with property deed 670 Ridgecrest Rd, Canyon 94516 and now with the protection of the California Highway Patrol interoperating probably with US federal law enforcement and regarding AI and ML and information technologies, and probably regarding locating the shooter suspect as a possible hunter (and see the PS re Hunter Biden, and possibly former US president Biden, his father) for example.
