Greetings. Thanks for this Candid survey opportunity further. And Reed greetings: did you hear much about Les Squier, a favorite psychology professor of mine at Reed, when I studied there from 1979-1985? Who were some of your favorite professors at Reed? And do you know Erinn Andrews - https://www.linkedin.com/in/erinn-andrews formerly at Guidestar I think before it became Candid, and now at Stanford? 

More about free World University and School building on CC-4 licensed MIT OpenCourseWare in 7 languages below and in the survey, and now with this new Candid URL for WUaS https://app.candid.org/profile/9121509/world-university-and-school-27-3105368; and here is a recent WUaS Weekly Business Meeting / WUaS open Q&A (loosely conducted in the manner of unprogrammed Friends / Quakers) - https://worlduniversityandschool.blogspot.com/2026/04/kashmir-himalaya-m-41326-42026-open.html. WUaS is also in a still somewhat unstructured #GrowWithGoogleWUaS program, and WUaS is also not yet accredited, but has the green light from Middle States Commission on Higher Education with offices in the greater Philadelphia area, and is reaching out to the US federal government (Professor Matsudaira) in exploring how best to Deploy the Full US Federal Toolkit as we grow (and see the PPPS both about this, and regarding #TwitterX and #LinkedIN #hashtags as an idea generator, and about the WUaS Corporation, our 2nd WUaS wing). 

WUaS has 2 wings with amazing potential synergies between them in 200 countries and in 7159 living languages, but building them out is taking years, and World Univ & Sch's Statement of Information with the State of California for the CA tax-exempt World Univ & Sch legal entity just went through, complementing our 501 c 3 filings, so I completed the Candid survey.

As president, CEO, founder, professor at, and presiding clerk and recording clerk at World Univ & Sch, I've taken some Candid online webinars in the past, but haven't found them that helpful or focusing or germane, and World University and School fundraising is not my forte. WUaS hasn't hired anyone yet to speak of whatsoever, but WUaS would first seek to engage a fundraiser for further growing WUaS, but there may be a chicken and egg problem here too.

Free-to-students' World University and School, building on CC-4 licensed MIT OCW in 7 languages for free online WUaS degrees from home, hopes all of them will, but hasn't become financially operational to speak of whatsoever and since becoming a 501 c 3 in 2010.


World University and School and the WUaS Academic Press / WUaS Corporation, both planned in 7159 known living languages, are both 1) http://worlduniversityandschool.org/ - a 501 c 3 US federal non-profit  legal entity, with an affiliated tax-exempt state of CA legal entity, since 2010, and 2) http://worlduniversityandschool.org/AcademicPress.html - a for-profit general stock company legal entity in the state of CA, since 2017 - and with amazing potential synergies between them (with all 3 tax ID 3s at the bottom of these beginning web WUaS pages). Both WUaS wings planned in 200 countries and 7, 159 known living languages, and in seeking to code for all 7.9 billion people on the planet, and to facilitate highest quality, MIT OCW-centric online free universal education and potentially to end poverty too, and with partnering emails with Stanford Mine Pi cryptocurrency free money daily - https://minepi.com/sgkmac ...

In Fall 2024, you participated in a survey from Candid and ABFE to understand how nonprofits were navigating the funding landscape while supporting their missions, leaders, and communities. Philanthropy has experienced significant changes over the past year, and Candid is conducting a follow-up study to understand how those changes have affected nonprofits. We need your help to learn more about your organization’s current circumstances and how funders can better meet nonprofits’ needs. 

We are inviting you to share your perspective in a brief survey. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and will remain open until Thursday, May 21st. You have unique insight into your organization’s experience; by participating, you can help ensure that findings represent the full range of nonprofits’ perspectives across the sector.
