@RadicalNumerics, the lab behind the models that generated the first genome ever created entirely by AI, a bacteriophage that had never existed in nature until it wrote one. He believes DNA should be treated the way language is treated: something a model can read, then write.

My mother Janie, at 91, above, seeks to walk 2 miles per day, and with walking sticks, thinking these help her stand upright and less hunched over, and for the walking exercises benefits ... (I wonder if this actually contracts the muscles of the shoulder girdle and thus might make her more hunched upper body muscular-wise ... but also think the walking sticks are good for adding more movement while walking 2 miles ... ) ... And I also explore the 8 limbs of Yoga while walking with poles ... eg pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses, e.g. dharana - concentration, dhyana - meditation, as I find a rhythm walking with poles almost like tele-marking in skiing ... and release inwardly re both dharana and dhyana ...)
