What's a melody? (... the tune you sang. ... if we can identify it ... I may even be playing it on my upcoming album!)

Regarding the melody definition "a sequence of single notes that is musically satisfying" ... let's explore the 'satisfying' word musically and meaning-wise (neurophysiologically even?)

And are therefore harmonies or seconds on their own NOT satisfying musically ?
