Can we bring some consciousness to doing Yoga meditation ? - Yoga Mac Flower https://youtu.be/Qrg1_YWhxxE https://www.youtube.com/@ScottMacLeodWorldUniversity/videos A yoga meditation in easy pose sitting. Of the inner body , of exploring Yoga from the inside out, of exploring connecting with the vastness Inside us, in our inner belly, our inner torso, letting our inner mind release into our back body the cavern in the back of our head - as we release internally?  Consciousness here as awareness sentience mind feeling subjective experience - coming inside in Yogic releasing to connect ? Half Lotus Yoga pose comes with time and doing it, and one way to make it easier and freeing, and to explore it down the line, is to sit in easy pose, cross legged, and on a soft block, or even a book if you don't have a Yoga block yet. Can you pull your buttock bones back to sit more comfortably by opening the floor of your pelvis, and allow your spine to rise up like the string of a helium balloon? Changing legs ... Coming onto your back Release the string of your spine from your pelvis to your head onto the floor  Can you lengthen the back of your head away from your upper body?  Inspired by Angela and Victor's Yoga, with a 2 year teaching certificate from the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco, California, and developing MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School, with its Yoga wiki school too, as a Friendly Quaker leading or calling, am sharing this Yoga meditation with you which I'll seek to upload to my Yoga Mac Flower YouTube video channel and post also to my Q_YogaMacFlower Twitter feeds and other related Twitter streams.
