WUaS seeks to facilitate Universal Basic Income experiments to distribute a single Cryptocurrency backed by central banks in some of all ~200 countries, such as state of California's Stockton UBI experiment (no strings' attached) - with recipients potentially receiving the monies on a bank card, or delivered via smartphones, and again for delivering a single cryptocurrency backed by many nation states' central banks (via an UBI).
