If a student matriculates for a 4 year free-to-students' best STEM CC-4 OpenCourseWare-centric Bachelor degree, she or he will potentially get a certificate upon completing each edX course.
Students would get a list of possible introductory, general education courses (in their area of interest) for the year, pick their courses, and begin to study these upon matriculating online.

Besides online interlibrary loan, WUaS seeks to partner with other universities for sharing library resources. And often universities with libraries can make partnerships possible if one's university has resources to share.
