In developing online free-to-students' CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU -centric wiki World University and School, planned in all ~200 countries and in their main languages, I wanted to follow up on this further, and not having heard back from you about meeting this morning or tomorrow. Thanks again for your timely Speed Legal Stanford Law CodeX presentation last Thursday. It seems that Speed Legal would likely, in engaging CC-4 licensing for MIT OCW, and CC-3 licensing for Yale OYC, and CC-4 licensing for "CS First With Google at World Univ & Sch," come into conversation with the Creative Commons' website itself - https://creativecommons.org/licenses/. In addition, it seems like engaging the language on these courses' web pages would be part of the process - https://ocw.mit.edu/ - https://oyc.yale.edu/ - https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/s/en/home. How do you think your Speed Legal AI and emergent machine learning would engage each of these universities and courses, and with regard to World Univ & Sch building degrees from these open resources, and in the process potentially accrediting with an organization like the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (which include Pennsylvania)? CC-4, as I've learned, allows anyone 1) to share (MIT OCW, for ex.), 2) to adapt (eg anyone to freely add MIT OCW to AI), but 3) non-commercially. With regard to this last attribute, World Univ & Sch will seek reimbursement from each of all ~200 countries' departments of education per student per year, or similar, and this is something Cecilia d'Oliveira, a former Director of MIT OCW, has said is alright.
One of the specific questions I have is whether printing "CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU -CENTRIC" on paper would somehow violate any of these new forms of licensing - and what would Speed Legal's software say in these regards too? Ask Larry Lessig, Harvard Professor of Law, (and former Stanford Professor of Law), and an author of Creative Commons' licensing?

Also regarding potentially my moving forward into 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon 94516 on September 1 2023, where friend Ed Smyth MD above has said in March in 2 long phone conversation 1) that the state of California was financially sound and wouldn't need to seek reimbursement for the 670 Ridgecrest Rd house and property (possibly in communication with the CA governor's office) and 2) in another call has sought to precipitate my moving back into 670 Ridgecrest Rd 94516 on F April 15 2022, but when he came over for tea and smoothies on W 4/13/22 in the 'safe house' I was living in north of Berkeley at 1749 Arlington Blvd, suggested over tea and smoothies that moving back into 670 still wasn't safe.

Regarding CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU -centric Wiki World Univ & Sch moving back into 670 Ridgecrest Road Canyon 94516, and Speed Legal's focus on real estate too, it's interesting that SpeedLegal doesn't produce real estate legal paperwork (like Tom Martin's LawDroid produced the WUaS Corporation's Articles of Incorporation in 2017 out of a Stanford Law CodeX meeting).
I think WUaS will continue to explore other avenues for the latter, above, and keep emails to you down to a minimum per your request too. Glad to get some of these wheels rolling potentially in a legal way.
