The next open WUaS monthly business meeting will be on Sat. Feb 9th at 9am Pacific Time. Scott on behalf of World Univ & Sch was glad to have attended the Scratch 3 drag and drop programming language MeetUp in SF yesterday (which is why MBM was a week early on Jan 5th, 2019) and seeks to grow too with Scratch 3:

WUaS will follow up with the National Science Foundation in late January, per their guidance, re WUaS’s pending NSF grant application. This funding is budgeted for hiring graduate student instructors from greatest universities, and for the initial accreditation process.

World University and School seeks to hire graduate student instructors this autumn 2019 (from Stanford and MIT in particular) as WUaS matriculates its 2nd undergraduate class. Graduate student instructors will be teaching ‘sections’ online in something like Google group video Hangouts to 10 students, and in conjunction with MIT OCW faculty in video. This will be one way WUaS seeks to collaborate.

WUaS will begin to accredit with the state of California’s Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education in mid-February when their portal opens newly, and after hearing from CA BPPE.

In seeking to develop further undergraduate majors, WUaS will developing an environmental science major early on, but hold off on developing Society, Technology and Science major.

Interlibrary loan
In developing Bachelor, Ph.D., Law and Medicine, as well as I.B. high school degrees, in each of all ~200 countries’ official and main languages, WUaS will seek to explore ways to develop online INTERLIBRARY LOAN with consortiums of major universities (e.g. Ivy League Universities and the 10 University of California campuses in the USA, and with other universities in other countries’ languages).
At the same time, WUaS will seek to address related questions re the Directors of The MIT Press and the MIT @medialab

WUaS is seeking to collaborate with Stanford for coding, and with its Law and Medical Schools (in ~200 countries' official languages), since MIT doesn't have these re CC-4 MIT OCW.
WUaS is seeking to collaborate with MIT further as well - especially in building out majors and departments, in addition to hiring graduate students seeking to become online faculty.
WUaS is seeking to collaborate with University of California Admissions (both UC Berkeley and all 10 UCs) for students applicants, as well. WUaS is seeking to matriculate ~500 online undergraduate students in the autumn of 2019 who are interested in and seeking to complete free-to-students' Bachelor degrees that are best STEM CC-4 OpenCourseWare centric.
