Could such an academic experiments' and studies' approach to study moral discretion regarding algorithms be a way too to end poverty among all 7.9 billion people on the planet, speakers of all 7151 known living languages (re WUaS wiki schools in all of these), and create a single main cryptocurrency in 200 countries and in all of their languages - as a way also to grow highest quality MIT OCW-centric free universal education & degrees, for all 7.9 billion people on planet?

Was Harold Tyler murdered? Is craven frederic khayat a main 'thinker' re both these possible deaths ? With 'kristy' in the rooms across from the front door popping out - is she a prostitute, and frederic khayat's? - the other night as I came home, and asked "Who's Harold Tyler?" ... could both of these disappearances be construed as threats or warnings - to me (since it was frederic khayat's male friend in the front porch room who told me by the mail boxes that jackson shannon is deceased? Greetings, Dr. Demoise, and Dr. Thompson, and All. I'm writing in this 'UPMC for Life letter received Th 17 Nov 2022' email thread regarding, I think, UPMC's Denise Hughes, above, many months ago, saying I could see a specialist without going through my UPMC PCP (and I have an appointment to see you for an annual physical on W February 22, 2023). On my birthday on 12/31/22 my mother (Jane MacLeod, above) invited me to see Pittsburgh psychiatrist Dr. Ken Thompson MD, who is not an UPMC psychiatrist, and with whom I have been talking on the phone a very tiny bit, and whom I've also been emailing about related questions, and who has said he would see me professionally, but we haven't gotten any farther than this. Concerned about my father's 2 subdural hematomas (and Gordon K MacLeod MD was a Pitt professor of public health, and also taught Grand Rounds at the University of Pittsburgh's Medical School in the 1970s, and 1980s I think, and was also the president of the Pitt Faculty Senate toward the end of his career), from which he died from some 2 3/4 years later, the first one on Pitt-managed Semester at Sea in the country of Belize on December 30, 2004, and seeking too to begin a family, I'm writing to inquire if you could please authorize UPMC health care to cover 6 sessions with Dr. Ken Thompson MD to talk further about navigating these and a number of related questions? Ken Thompson MD is very familiar with my situation, and our fathers were both MDs too, and friends as well. Ken is in an unique knowledgeable psychiatric MD position to address the issues I'm navigating. Since I haven't heard back from Ken Thompson MD regarding his saying he would see me, and to schedule sessions (with UPMC coverage), regarding UPMC's saying I could see a specialist without going through my PCP, and regarding that Ken isn't a UPMC psychiatrist, I'm writing to you Dr. Demoise to inquire if you could please authorize this? How please to best gain UPMC authorization for me to see Dr. Ken Thompson MD for 6 sessions, in a timely fashion, and before I move back into a newly safe Canyon 94516 (thanks to speaking with John Sargent MD, a psychiatrist at Tufts' Medical Center, with whom I've spoken with professionally from Canyon 94516, and thanks to Ed Smyth MD, a retired KP MD, who also sought to precipitate my moving into Canyon 94516 again on W 4/15/22, but when Ed came over for tea and smoothies to my physical "unsafe house" north of Berkeley, on Arlington Blvd, El Cerrito, on W 4/13/22 suggested Canyon 94516 wasn't yet safe) in September 2023?
