Check out Travertine Hot Springs and Buckeye Hot Springs if you're interested in free natural hot springs, both east of the Sierras, over the incredibly beautiful Sonora pass for one, and there are many others just south of there to explore if you're interested - especially if you're an individual explorer. (Harbin Hot Springs Heart Consciousness - https://harbin.org/ - has gotten expensive too to my way of thinking- around $65 mid-week for 24 hours car camping with no reservation ... but can be very interesting counter-culturally too. )

Also you can find my 
"Naked Harbin ethnography : hippies, warm pools, counterculture, clothing-optionality and Virtual Harbin" (2016 Academic Press at World Univ & Sch) in the SF Public Library on the top floor in special collections (but probably would have to read it there), and in the UC Berkeley Anthropology library ...

In growing a WUaS worldwide abolition movement, and in coding for all 7.9 billion people on the planet to abolish the wrongful buying and selling of people in the illegal sex, drugs, violence, car theft, military targeting industries internationally, and their latent networks of violence, have had one gunshot to my vehicle in May and five related tesla-companies' death threats sadly, and have caught inklings of organized crime in and around Stinson beach even ... so I think it unwise to come to Stinson beach whatsoever very much in the next while, and the Steep Ravine Hot Springs seem best to visit on a full moon low tide, with the next full moon being on August 28, and then toward the end of the autumn months.

Having sought US federal protection for my mother, my brother and family and myself, I suspect there's a US federal presence developing in the Stinson beach area, with that park having gone back and forth between US federal and state of California management too.
