I was glad too yesterday to learn of and read through this new "blockchain in education" publication from the EU - http://publications.jrc.ec.europa.eu/repository/bitstream/JRC108255/jrc108255_blockchain_in_education(1).pdf - since WUaS seeks to develop with the blockchain ledger not only for a cryptocurrency with the blockchain ledger with an Universal Basic Income (again planning for "UNIVERSAL" for 7.5 billion people, and organizing around the Nation States' universities - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Nation_States ), but especially for developing the blockchain for education.
