How soon can we get some professorial THR3's walking around on the streets of Pittsburgh and talking with, learning from, and teaching to, people here? Vietnam had 98.17 million in 2021 and Vietnam World University and School in Vietnamese (emerging from here https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Nation_States - https://wiki.worlduniversityandschool.org/wiki/Languages) from Vietnamese people in their homes for free-to-students' online CC-4 MIT OCW-centric WUaS degrees, as we talked about, is seeking to hire around 2.3 million people in total over the next 50 years (about the size of Walmart) with possibly 1.3 million people on the WUaS Corp Educational Services' Stores' Bookstores, Computer Stores, Robotics' stores, Hospital Technologies' distribution centers' side (http://worlduniversityandschool.org/AcademicPress.html), in all ~200 countries, and possibly 800,000 million people on the World Univ & Sch Academic side (http://worlduniversityandschool.org). WUaS is still waiting to communicate further with the Middle States' Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. One main reason is, for CC4 licensed OCW.MIT.EDU-centric World Univ & Sch,
with MSCHE accreditation, to be able to seek reimbursement for CC4 licensed OCW courseware resources from all Departments of Education in all 50 US states and from many departments of education in all 200 countries (like MIT itself seeks tuition from students in all 200 countries due to New England Commission on Higher Education NECHE accreditation, and the University of Pennsylvania might via MSCHE). This reimbursement from departments of education in 50 US states and 200 countries for Free-to-Students' CC4 MIT OCW -centric WUaS degrees on an emerging Google WUaS platform could amount to $14,000 - $55,000 per student per year eventually from richer countries and $200-$800 per student per year via poorest countries' departments of education - and improve our WUaS MIT OCW-centric platform in 7 languages' dramatically in the process. 

I THINK WUaS WOULD SEEK TO OFFER THESE FREE DEGREES IN SRI LANKA to Sri Lankan students THROUGH the US STATE DEPARTMENT for example and potentially through WUaS's CONTACTS like PARTHA MAZUMDAR who could become US ambassador to Sri Lanka, and friend in the US State Department T.. Some ACCREDITATION Agencies will offer a kind of GOLD STANDARD for QUALITY compared with others Rifai (and even regarding WUaS seeking to facilitate a single cryptocurrency world wide to most of all 7.9 billion people on the planet to end poverty too) other accreditation agencies won't. And MIT OCW-centric WUaS seeks to accredit with MSCHE in these regards, BUT HAS REACHED OUT TO MIT Presidents ON WEDNESDAY 11/30/22 - 
to increase COMMUNICATION (as NETWORKING like accreditation agencies are networks too) between MIT and WUaS especially THANKS TO YOUR SUGGESTIONS, RIFAI.

Found some new old walking shoes with much tread, low cut, waterproof, but not sure I have any GoreTex rain pants these days or similar ... and not sure about wearing shorts in 35F temperatures and hypothermia even and in the rain in a Paw Paw tunnel ... either.  Alternatively, and although there's a Stanford Law CodeX meeting at 4:30 ET on Thursday afternoon, hour-long, I could drive ~5 hours to DC after this, and visit you for an evening and a day, hiking the Chesapeake C&O canal around DC with more rainy day options, and then drive back to Pittsburgh late afternoon on Friday (with my car having gone through a maintenance after the maintenance sign came on ... and as a 2016 good Toyota Prius C is working well still post-maintenance) ... It would be great to hike on the C & O canal with you on Friday possibly in the rain ... or visit it somehow otherwise half way between together out of the rain 🙂 ... But maybe the weather will be rain free or very minimal on Friday too,

Thank you too John Sargent MD (at Tufts Medical Center and licensed to practice psychiatry in Massachusetts), for suggesting on the phone in a very brief conversation this spring that my moving back into Canyon 94516 is a good idea if safe, but how to know if it's become safe is the question. And thanks my friend Ed Smyth MD for suggesting on the phone in March that the state of California wouldn't need to seek reimbursement for 670 Ridgecrest Rd Canyon CA 94516 if I were to move back into here after living there for about 13 years until about 10/1/20 (due I think to possible heinous criminality there over decades or longer), and then for calling  just before Easter to seek to precipitate my moving back into 670 Ridgecrest on F 4/15/22, but when, Ed, you came over to the 'safe house' I was living in north of Berkeley for tea and smoothies on W 4/13/22 suggested that Canyon wasn't yet safe; and whom I called yesterday in Berkeley, and left a message.

I am not now, nor have I ever suggested that your brother Sandy should see a psychiatrist. I do not know your brother Sandy.

You enquired if I knew any psychiatrists near Sandy, and I replied my uncle was nearby.  However, my uncle is elderly, and I did not and would not recommend that anyone seek him out for treatment who was not already his existing patient.

Stephon, Frederic, all, amazingly, and regarding the possible benefits of seeing a MD psychiatrist, having talked with John Sargent MD for all of 3 minutes this spring, and his saying all the way from Massachusetts, and after possibly 15 years, that my moving back into makes sense, if it's safe, but how to know if it's safe is the question, I may be coming into a house in Canyon 94516 on the ridge there in the middle of East Bay MUD (Municipal Utilities' District) east of Berkeley, on September 1, 2023 - and for a song ... great!
