Greetings from CC-4 OCW.MIT.EDU -centric wiki World University and School planning major online universities in each of ~200 countries and WUaS wiki schools for open teaching and learning in all 7,151 known living languages. Deeply impoverished myself, too, I hope the contribution I made on behalf of WUaS might be of help to also developing further WUaS-MIT collaborations beyond the CC-4 licensing of MIT OCW which WUaS has been engaging since around the year 2007. And World Univ & Sch became 1) a 501 c 3 nonprofit in 2010, as well as 2) an exempt World Univ & Sch legal entity in California then. And WUaS became a related 3rd 3) legal entity in 2017 in California - the WUaS Corporation, a for-profit general stock company, seeking to list on the new Silicon Valley Long-term Stock Exchange potentially.
In particular, World Univ & Sch would be interested in exploring collaboration in many ways, and regarding, for example "grouping these filtered MIT OCW courses under majors, minors, electives etc" (and see the email from Rifai at the Sri Lanka World Univ & Sch campus southeast of India below in these regards) ... and potentially in all WUaS's 200 countries (per the Olympics) as major online CC-4 MIT OCW-centric wiki WUaS Universities and in these countries main languages for free-to-students' Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD, IB high school or similar, as well as AA and Masters' degrees, newly - potentially on a developing WUaS-Google Education platform that makes studying for these degrees fun.

As World University and School proceeds with seeking to become accredited by Middle States' Commission on Higher Education (with offices in the greater Philadelphia PA area), and licensed by a related university licensing organization, I'm writing to inquire at this stage of licensing and accreditation about possible co-accrediting with MIT itself (where MIT is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education).
While as president of MIT OCW-centric wiki World University and School, I think that Creative Commons' 4 licensing of CC-4 MIT OpenCourseWare (which allows for 1. sharing MIT OCW, 2. adapting it, 3. but non-commercially) is what makes it possible for MIT OCW-centric World University and School to build and grow potentially to offer free-to-students' online Bachelor, PhD, Law, MD and IB high school, or similar, WUaS degrees, and that this legally is the extent of our MIT-WUaS relationship, I'm writing to inquire with you MIT President Rafael Reif and MIT President-elect Sally Kornbluth - and in this time of MIT presidential transition - about new possibilities of open co-accreditation, as well as to further grow our communication.
