Job growth at restaurants, theme parks and other parts of the leisure and hospitality sector—which tend to employ young people and typically don’t require a college degree

Restaurant waitstaff earned a median hourly wage of $14 in 2022, nearly double the federal minimum wage. Wages are even higher in industries that don’t require college degrees but need additional training, such as apprenticeships. Machinists earned $23.32 an hour, above the national median wage of $22.26 an hour. Carpenters earned $24.71 an hour last year. 

One of them is Simon Alvarado Jr., 21 years old, of Hyattsville, Md. He recently finished an apprenticeship to become a light maintenance service technician at a Toyota dealership. He originally planned to attend college but was put off by the high cost of a four-year degree. 

“Working on cars is something I was really interested in as a kid,” said Alvarado. Having the cost of his training paid for and a job at the end “was a rare opportunity that I wasn’t going to say no to,” he said.

In its "ideas" section, I also added a number of links and references regarding your project. It would be interesting as https://elegalls.com begins to build out your state of Iowa instance of a structured knowledge database in Wikidata, or similar, for you to engage Wikdata's other legal tech projects, for one, and including possibly in some of its 300 languages even (eg thinking in terms of India's 22 official languages). It would also be interesting to learn how you approach the names of people in the Iowa Supreme Courts' legal cases and documents, and in Wikidata. I'm thinking in terms of another Wiki project that wiki Worldc Univ & Sch is exploring developing, and potentially with Wikidata, namely, with Wikitree genealogy software, which is planning a single family tree presumably for everyone on the planet (all 7.9 billion people on the planet - and their ancestors :)) 

(In these regards, I'm interested in some ancestors of mine who were from Iowa, and what your digitizing of possibly many legal records and documents from Iowa's Supreme Court, and its other courts, might yield in a completely different area - as coders create these legal tech structured knowledge databases. My grandfather (ACB), I think, grew up in Iowas for much of elementary school, and was adopted by his uncle, Theodore Lincoln Chadbourne (1870 - abt. 1951)

It's possible that there are legal and thus genealogy documents for all 3 of my ancestors born in Iowa, and regarding possible ways to think about coding adding the Iowa Supreme Court's documents with a focus on individuals, databases, and AI, for example.

This is all with the idea that the individuals in the Iowa Supreme Court's cases will be coded for too, (and that people may seek access  to Iowa Supreme Court's cases; data for other reasons besides legal tech, but I'm not a computer scientist).
