Hello my wonderful mother, from almost northwest Connecticut. Departed Dartmouth, Massachusetts, near New Bedford MA after doing laundry & a great shower at the Padanaram bridge around noon ... Am heading to Lakeville CT in Salisbury CT next ... but Silent Meadow Farm to explore, where Alden Briscoe grew up doesn't come up in Google Search or Maps, - and I don't know the Briscoe's Lake House's address to be able to visit it either. Just crossed over the Expansive and Interesting 'Saville Dam and Barkhamsted Reservoir' - a water source - with abundant forests around (and its no overnight camping signs too) and then came to the East River bridge over Rt 318 ... and there's a great open dirt parking area for fishermen too which could be perfect for overnight camping, situated with forests and rises of land around to be sheltered, and from the traffic and car headlights. I'm taking the slow route west to the SF Bay Area, so although a bit early, and since it is dusk, I may overnight here in my warm vehicle (with even the engine on, if necessary, - but not yet at 55F) ... and see if I can find what was the road into Silent Meadows Farm in Lakeville in the morning, exploring, as well as the road in to the Briscoe's former I think Lakehouse - both of which we visited quite a lot when I and Sandy were growing up, sometimes to or fro Cuttyhunk ... Stay tuned ... Seeking to arrive in the SF Bay Area around 11/1/23, it being 10/13/23 ... and possibly getting a house there for a song ... path unclear ahead ... Did you say three nights ago when I called you from between the 2 lagoons in Dartmouth MA ... that you were inviting me to stay for 3 or 4 or a fortnight? - in your sunroom on my two comfortable camping pads & re your spare 2nd bathroom too? You're really good with logistics and planning ... and it might be good to lay out some further steps in coming into a house for a song together with this up upcoming move ... Greetings from Lakeville, CT, near where Alden grew up, I think. Just reporting that I found your Lakehouse driveway, Alden, and that the 2 Briscoe 81 (street number) signs are still standing with the same long straight driveway not bent yet :) ... Briscoe, Lakehouse, 81 Interlaken Rd, Lakeville, CT ... But am seeking a Google MAPS with TIME SLIDER ... so I can search for Silent Meadow Farm in a historical sense (different from a Google Street View with time slider, as emerging real virtual reality ... and see set of Tweets below in these regards, and re a #Realistic Virtual Earth for History ... and Brown University and the 1960s and '70s too) BUT, sitting in the Interlaken Inn and Conference center parking lot across the road from Briscoe's 81 Interlaken Rd ... your neighbors just walked past into the Interlaken Inn ... and I got out of the car ... and they gave me directions to the Briscoe's farm ... on Red Mountain Road ... Voila ! :)

Ed, Pin, in What ways can the US federal and stare of CA governments become my allies in my potentially moving WUaS Academic Medical Center into a newly safe open 670 Ridgecrest Road, Canyon 94516 ... if state and federal law were to move t wylie into a secure retirement facility, and the FBI were to help navigate the possibility heinous criminality networks' fallout, eg by 'Canyon critters' or Canyon CA criminals - re knowing that Canyon is become safe (per John again)?
Camped out by the Farmington river where the Hwy 318 bridge crosses over it ... probably an old road (where are the WUaS robot archeologists for projects in the future?)

CT culture at the dirt 'sandbox' fishing area at Farmington River and 318 bridge ... - glimpses - low male voices of 2 fisherman, then one person dressed in shady side academy clothes, no jeans, but collared shirt no tennis shoes, ... then raised male voices later by a pick up truck in another part of the lot - possibly African Americans hanging out ?Two of the fisherman were dressed to the 9s in fishing duds / clothes ... one with a fishing rod even, although the fish weren't rising another said .. and then this morning a 4 wheeler SUV came into the dirt parking area ...and seemed to drive through a puddle and then as it headed back out onto the road, stopped briefly, got out of the car ... and then moved in ... I think where I camped last night (45F weather, even a little cold with two sleeping bags) is a local 'sandbox' even as 'social psychology' experiments in a way :)
